An excellent hotel, especially for families
Pros:

The hotel has excellent facilities and offers a wide range of services to meet every need. We particularly appreciated the many activities and play options available for children. The buffet was varied and plentiful, with something to suit everyone’s taste. The room temperature was comfortable, and the slides, pools, sun loungers, and parasols were all excellent. Most of the staff are very kind, smiling, and patient.

Cons:

The shower door was not properly aligned, and one of the two washbasin drains was blocked. We reported both issues, but unfortunately, no effective solution was provided. These are relatively minor problems caused by normal wear and tear and could easily be resolved with more attention to regular maintenance. More thorough monitoring and proactive action by the hotel’s maintenance management would help prevent such inconveniences and significantly improve the overall guest experience.

Pros:

U restoranu konobarica Ivona koja je izuzetno bila ljubazna i draga.

Cons:

Nije mi se svidjelo samo to sto kada u 19 dodu svi sa bazena nije bas bilo tople vode za tusiranje. Ali to ne mislim kao nesto lose nego samo da se to malo popravi. Inace ovo mi je vec ne znam koji put u tom hotelu i prezadovoljni smo.

Fantastisch verblijf
Pros:

Een superfijn hotel om te verblijven. De faciliteiten zijn echt top, vooral voor kids. Het zwembad en de glijbanen vonden onze kinderen echt super. Het heeft ook een Poolbar voor een drankje of een ijsje en een spagedeelte voor wat meer rust (wel voor iedereen toegankelijk). Ook de gamehal, pooltafel en tafeltennis waren in trek. Het hotel biedt ook een actief activiteitenprogramma aan, wat met een app overzichtelijk te volgen is. Het eten is lekker en de kamers zijn verzorgd. Ook het personeel is super vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het restaurant was soms wel wat warm door de hoeveelheid mensen en het continue koken.

Fijne vakantie gehad
Pros:

Mooi hotel en kamers, modern en goed onderhouden. Veel faciliteiten voor kinderen om zich te vermaken. Genoeg strandbedjes en parasols bij de zwembaden. Geen handdoekje leggen om bedden bezet te houden. Dichtbij strand. Lekker ontbijt.

Cons:

Ontbijtbuffet was prima, maar voor diner vond ik de kwaliteit van het eten wat tegenvallen. Vlees en vis erg doorbakken en taai. Groente doorgekookt. Beperkte variatie in het menu. Drinken bij het eten alleen wat vruchtensap (niet vers maar is meer frisdrank-achtig) of water en koffie of thee wat je uit automaat kunt tappen, was niet zo lekker.
Ventilatie in het restaurant was onvoldoende. Het is leuk om te zien dat een deel van het eten daar zo bereid werd, maar dan moet de afzuiging daar ook op gericht zijn. Nu een keer daar eten en je kleren stinken gelijk enorm naar bak/grill/frituur lucht. Je wil toch niet na elke maaltijd je schone kleren niet meer aan kunnen.
Medewerkers bij kids animatie 7-12 jaar vielen tegen, niet vriendelijk en enthausiast ontvangen, ze kijken je nog niet niet weg. Dus mijn zoon is er na 1 keer niet meer terug gegaan.
