EXCEPTIONNEL
Pros:

Le professionnalisme. La propreté. Le petit déjeuner est fantastique. La piscine. Le chef de réception nous a même autorisé à attendre notre transport dans le hall d'accueil après notre ckeck out. Service de boissons et accueil tellement sympathique.

Cons:

Nous avons diné au restaurant c'était excellent mais il n'y avait que nous. Quel dommage!!!! Le restaurant a même été ouvert pour nous. Quel professionnalisme!!!

Fijn hotel met ruime kamers
Pros:

Zwembad, ontbijtbuffet, ruime kamers, de locatie in een rustige straat vlakbij het levendige uitgaanscentrum met restaurants en barretjes.

Cons:

In bad moest je douchen met een douchegordijn.

Très bel établissement situé à deux pas des rues très animées du centre mais néanmoins dans une rue calme.
Distant de 20 minutes à pied de la cité impériale. Très belle prestation et chambre spacieuse (310) avec un balcon digne de ce nom !
Literie impeccable !
Petit déjeuner très varié...
Service d'étage très efficace...
Gentillesse et serviabilité du personnel (Accueil / restaurant) etc...

Pros:

Bien situé, chambres spacieuses, bon petit déjeuné buffet, piscine agréable.

Cons:

Un peu vieillot, pas très propre, literie moyenne. Bcp de familles avec petits enfants donc assez bruyant.

Great location, rooms were spacious, breakfast was varied, staff was kind and helpful

Cons:

When we came into the room, bed sheets were dirty, we asked the reception to change them, someone was in our room but sheets were still stained, they changed them again after we pointed out the stains. Every towel we received had some kind of stain on them even though they appeared to be washed. Facilities were old and damaged. When we left the room after breakfast, we put up a sign for house keeping but when we came back 4h later, the room was still untouched, housekeeping them came at 4pm. When we came into the room after breakfast (30 min), the tv was on, but no sign of housekeepers. We had to search for the tv remote to turn it off, since we never used it.
