Pros:

This hotel also has its rooms based around a central courtyard. Our location was great in the hotel because we had a view of a smaller indoor courtyard. Breakfast was good, but not anything to write home about. It is great value for money.

Cons:

One does tend to hear the neighbors, especially if they get up for an early trip to Machu Picchu, LOL.

Not worth the money - there are other nicer places !!
Pros:

The location was great - right in centre of town
Hot showers
Fairly okay breakfast - lots of sweet food though

Cons:

Very poor customer service
Exhausted and can’t be arsed staff
Barebones room for the price paid
Freezing cold bathrooms
Additional charges applied - 10% taxes on top of booking fee

I wouldn’t stay again to be honest - but it’s fine for a single night
Pros:

Location great!
Basic clean rooms and communal areas.
Okayish breakfast.

Cons:

Poor customer service / inflexible attitude
Terrible wifi for remote working - fine for using browser but terrible for calls/ screen sharing. Only reason we booked this place was because we saw reviews for strong wifi - but I had to hot-spot myself in the end to complete work calls cause they kept breaking up and dropping. Avoid if you need to work.

Pros:

Расположение близко к центру (старому городу), при этом там всё тихо и комфортно в плане кровати и душа.
Мы чувствовали себя в безопасности живя в этом отеле. Понимание сотрудников и отзывчивость

Cons:

Нам было предложен платное такси из аэропорта в отель. Водитель которого предоставил нам отель, был невероятно груб - хотел нас высадить на пол пути к отелю и хотел взять больше денег чем сообщил нам отель. Отель пообещал что более этот водитель не будет отвозить нас обратно или ещё куда либо.

You can get far better accommodation close by..
Pros:

Comfortable bed & decent water pressure

Cons:

Look, it’s just OK - if all you’re looking for is a comfortable bed and decent water pressure it’ll do you fine. Me personally, I think it’s on the pricier side for what it offers; it’s on a main one way street meaning many drivers won’t drop you at your door and don’t even question luggage!

You can certainly get far better value for your money (& cheaper) close by i.e. San Augustin. Breakfast is just OK, it was probably the best on my final day albeit very basic. Staff are OK, not friendly but not directly rude. I changed my accommodation booking approx a month out to stay four nights instead of five, and weirdly enough was charged $10 (AUD) extra! This miffed me a little. When I decided to head back to Lima a day earlier again, there was similarly no refund for that night (somewhat understand however in light of the above price difference…)!

Pros:

Ótima localização e conforto.

Cons:

Precisei resolver um problema urgente e para isso precisava modificar a minha reserva, mas nem o hotel nem a booking se empenharam na resolução do problema.

Super Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal in top Lage.
Pros:

Bin bereits zum zweiten Mal hier gewesen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Bisher beste Unterkunft in Cusco. Ruhig trotz Innenstadt Lage (selten in Cusco). Gutes Frühstück. Sehr aufmerksames und nettes Personal.

Cons:

Es gibt immer Touristen, denen es an Basis Anstand fehlt und die früh morgens oder spät abends noch sehr laut sind. Dafür kann das Hotel allerdings nichts.

Definitivamente para volver!
Pros:

Espectacular hotel, la ubicación es muy céntrica, en pleno casco histórico y a menos de 10 minutos caminando de la Plaza Mayor. La habitación espaciosa y muy limpia, con calefactor también para hacer frente al frío. La cama y las almohadas cómodas y el baño con muy buena presión y temperatura de agua.
El desayuno buffet completísimo, con huevos, té, pan, frutas, mermelada, postres de quinoa, café, entre otras cosas, el personal también muy muy amable y atento, el día que partimos nos gestionaron un taxi al aeropuerto, que costó sólo 25 soles.
Lo recomiendo totalmente y cuando vuelva al Cusco me quedaré ahí.

Cons:

Todo bien, lo único que podría decir es que de madrugada se sentía la gente saliendo para los tour que partían más temprano, pero pienso que eso pasa en toda la ciudad.
