ES UN HOTEL CON CERO MANTENIMIENTO. LAS CORTINAS ESTAN ROTAS, AL IGUAL QUE LAS SABANAS Y TOALLAS.
EL WC HUELE A ORINES, LA PUERTA DEL BAÑO ESTA ROTA Y LA TAPICERIA SUCIA.
EL PERSONAL RESPONDE NO A TODO LO QUE SE LES SOLICITA. EL DESAYUNO ES LO MISMO, CUALQUIER COSA QUE SE LES PIDE ES UN NO ROTUNDO, SOBRETODO EL MESERO DEL RESTAURANTE, ES GROSERO.
EN FIN, NADA RECOMENDABLE EL LUGAR.

Pros:

Es un hotel decente y los cuartos son limpios. Tienen buen aire las habitaciones.

Cons:

•El personal: es grosero y realmente no ayudan en nada. Las dos personas que estaban en front desk cuando llegamos tipo 11 pm eran un hombre y una mujer, la mujer fue bastante amable, sin embargo, el hombre fue grosero y poco servicial. A cualquier cosa que le preguntamos en el momento para que nos ayudara, a todo respondió con negativas y fue grosero.
•Las camas “dobles” son pequeñas. Realmente no son dobles, son semidobles. Son desorganizados pues yo reservé dos habitaciones dobles con desayuno incluido y me pidió demostrar que había pagado el desayuno de “cortesía” el cual de cortesía no es, porque obviamente el cargo por habitación es mayor.
•Desayuno: de regular a normal, no hay mucho de donde elegir.

El elevador no tenia iluminación, no habia secador de cabello en la habitación, las camas están duras, la regadera no servía bien.
