L’emplacement et confort!
J’ai demandé un late check out par texto
Au même endroit où l’on nous informe.
Et en allant déjeuner, vu que je n’avais pas vu de réponse par texto encore, j’ai demandé au front desk et on m’a dit carrément NON! 11:00 était l’heure que l’on devait quitter! J’aurai apprécié 12:00.
Rendu à la chambre, le texto me disait avec grand plaisir! Vous pouvez rester jusqu’à midi et bon retour!
Le texto a été beaucoup plus agréable que la préposée à l’accueil!
Nous avons toutefois précipité notre départ pour partir à 11:00!

Room looked really nice, breakfast was solid and having both and outdoor and indoor pool was a good bonus
Had a small issue with one bed sheet being potentially unclean, we received a replacement sheet upon request
We liked that the staff is always available and ready and quick to help. Breakfast is always delicious and the cooks in the kitchen are always polite and quick to help.
Would like to see the pool open at 7 AM. I am a swimmer and went down to the beach to get my 7 o’clock swim and then had to come back and rush to shower before I had to check out.
Nice and clean decent breakfast and very Kind stuff nice pools and Jacuzzi..

Room was spacious, bed was comfortable and clean
Found a dirty underwear in the closet of my room that seemed to have been there from before; and the bathtub seemed to be uncleaned so that waa dirty as well.
The location is great, everything you could need is within 5 miles. It's only a ten minute easy drive to Lake George Village. The whole hotel is very clean, including the rooms. I don't usually sleep well in hotel beds, but theirs were really comfortable. Most of the staff went above and beyond in service. But my family's most favorite thing about the hotel....their amazing outdoor pool!! We spent a lot of time there. It's really well maintained and they even provide some inflatables for everyone to use. So much fun. We will definitely be staying here again.
The only thing I could complain about is that we had some difficulty getting the appropriate bedding for the sofa bed. Took us a few tries to get the right items, but it may have been due to the fact that the hotel was almost fully booked.
