Pros:

Most people were very friendly and helpful. It was a decent place to stay. Enjoyed the coffee and breakfast.

Cons:

The TVs were awfully hard to deal with. And during times when tired, it was a hassle to have to go find someone to help. And then they weren't quite sure. I think only God knew what to do to get regular channels.

Pleasant!
Pros:

It was pleasant. People sitting outside around the fire. Place was clean & welcoming. Breakfast was good, everything marked, neat, clean. Person serving breakfast was on top of it, she made sure everyone had what they needed & every table was clean as ppl left! Great job!!

Cons:

Could use new carpeting. Or even no carpet in the rooms.

Decent place to stay, great staff and breakfast.
Pros:

Great staff, very friendly! The hot breakfast was good and the girl cleaning the tables while we were there for the 3 nights was very nice.

Cons:

The room smelled very musty and damp! Had to buy air freshener and it didn't help much at all after about 10 minutes. Sink water stunk.

Great value and beautiful hotel!
Pros:

I loved the size of the room. The breakfast was fantastic, and the pools and hot tub were clean. The price was great also! We loved the location because it was close to a lot of stuff but not where traffic was super busy.

Cons:

The pull out sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, I could feel the bars sticking in my side. Plus, the breakfast was great but the staff really was intrusive at times waiting around to rush over the second people stood up.

Nice 3 day stay in Lake George area.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and laid out well. Nice having a frig and microwave. Good location near numerous restaurants and family type things to do. Lake George just 4-5 miles away. Lots of bargain outlet shopping plazas within a mile or two of the hotel. Nice breakfast offered each morning with scrambled eggs and ham or sausages, cereal, bagels, yogurt, juices, waffles, etc.

Cons:

Bathrooms were clean but very cramped. Toilets designed very low, making it difficult for my bad back.

over all it was a nice stay. We were on the 2nd floor and the people on the 3rd were pretty noisy.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, a nice variety.

Cons:

I like having our room cleaned at least every other day. Got text that it would be every 3rd!?
