staff not up to expectations
Cons:

Breakfast staff (monitor😒) was gruff and unpleasant. Card did not open room on numerous occasions and other locked doors. Bill was confusing and took several days until corrected and billed even after I discussed with staff before leaving the Inn.

Pros:

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was tidy

Cons:

Coffee dispensers were both in same area and coffee took time to dispense causing a line and congested area in the morning. Maybe put the second machine in another location near the breakfast area.
