En general bien..
Pros:

La verdad es que todo estuvo super bien en general. Habitaciones de buen tamano, camas cómodas, sanitario cómodo. La comida del restaurante bien pero nada espectacular. La alberca de buen tamano pero NO es climatizada. En general el personal fué amable.

Cons:

No me encantó que cuando fui por toallas para alberca no tenían disponibles jaja, siento que es básico. La alberca tiene suelo anti derrapante y eso está super bien pero a mi y a mi bebé se nos abrieron los dedos debido a eso y cuando fui por una gasita o curitas me dijeron que no tenían Botiquín de primeros auxilios y esto si me parece super importante que los hoteles deban tener. En ningun lado te dicen que aunque los ninos son gratis, ellos no tienen acceso al desayuno gratis que ofrece el hotel pero no fue mayor problema, porque los precios están super razonables, solo creo que si deben mencionarlo antes. Y también, el wifi en las habitaciones no llega bien, en las areas comunes si. Y yo tenía que trabajar remoto entonces si fue algo incómodo eso.

I had a good stay ay the hotel if u guys could change a couple of things would be great

The beds are good and comfortable the hotel is nice

Cons:

The rooms need a small fridge or small kitchen.. Also the Pool water was very cold it would be nice if it had a heater..

Buen descanso y desayuno, aunque con detalles en el internet y el servicio de traslado.
Pros:

Las habitaciones siempre estuvieron muy limpias y, sobre todo, las camas muy cómodas y el agua caliente. El desayuno muy adecuado (incluía el desayuno americano, pero por 15 pesos más se convertía en buffet). No tuvimos la oportunidad de usar la alberca, pero se veía limpia.

Cons:

El internet fallaba mucho en las habitaciones (nos quedamos en el cuarto piso). Hubo un detalle al momento de comentar la necesidad de traslado de regreso al aeropuerto: nos contestó de una manera grosera que eso lo tuvimos que haber mencionado desde que fueron por nosotros al inicio (siendo que nadie pasó por nosotros porque usamos transporte privado) y, al parecer, no quería ofrecer el servicio (aunque al final sí nos lo dio).

It was overall a good stay I would book again once all renovations have been completed.
