It was a really lovely hotel, with excellent spa facilities and beautiful gardens.
Pros:

It was charming and had great facilities and gardens. The staff were extremely helpful and the restaurants/chefs were so great catering to food allergies.

Cons:

There were a couple of issues with room service which were minor but after travelling 40hrs from Australia probably seemed more irritating than they were.

Fabulous. Cosy and unexpected luxury in the room 280 which was old style with fab view. Loved it.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing - what a selection. It was one of the best places we have stayed and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The offer of water when we were checking out was a lovely touch. Well done.

Cons:

I little hard to find staff to help at breakfast but not a major problem. I know it was busy.
