I am still waiting for response about booking cancellation
Pros:

We can book it at night

Cons:

The staff in the morning were not polite. When I asked about canceling a reservation that had been made by mistake, they rudely kept telling me to contact Booking.com, even though I explained that Booking.com had instructed me to speak directly with the hotel.

The staff member also almost threw the breakfast box at us instead of handing it over properly. Overall, the service was disappointing and unprofessional.

What Stay? Update your information to state a HaRD age for check in.
Pros:

Very difficult to answer. Did not actually stay at the Hotel, as they would not allow checkin due to age. No where on the Ramada inn site, does it say Check in must be 21+. It sure allows you to book a room, under 21...just can't use it.

Cons:

I hated not being able to Check in and enjoy a nights sleep after a 9 hour drive. Really puts a damper on a trip...

Easy access to everything in town!

Cons:

The bathroom was dirty the toilet 😫 the face basin whenever other rooms used their bathroom smelly water starts coming up in the room I was! Takes hours to go down i notify the staff the same night it wasn't until the last night they changed the room. The supervisor was very rude I tried to tell him the morning he walked away said I'm to report it to the front desk, I yelled out to him saying they told me to tell you he continued walking

Its a shelter of sorts as well, no hot water room floors dirty dirty tub,I WAS GIVEN A BROOM when house keeping was notified the coffee pot was in bathroom I was told there's a Dunkin around the corner hallways look like out of the movie the Shining but creepy darker and dirty garbage bags lined the hallway for over 2 hours no breakfast on site as advertised a/c was loud neighbors kept bumping the adjoining room door (scary) no cable building smells funny always people in lobby very unsavory staff i let my issues be known to staff calmly and they were very nonchalant like I was supposed to be ok with the condition like it was normal and sad "were working on the water its the weekend" I bathed at a family members house Saturday there were no facial tissues in the slot in the bathroom no shower curtain liner she cleaned the tub when she came back for her broom Saturday evening it was the worst Ramada I have ever been in never took the garbage horrible

Didn’t stay asked for cancellation,which they refused,I didn’t stay there.

There was nothing to like,the lobby was so nasty and creepy.

Cons:

Didn’t feel safe,ask for none smoking room the room was stink of smoke smell.Locks on the door was rocking,didn’t feel safe.

At best it was fair

Cons:

Advertised free Breakfast with waffles and only had continental and associate claimed all of Ramada hasn't had full breakfast since the pandemic. That's a lie because at the Fairfield, NJ the next 3 days and I've had Ramada full breakfast before. They are amazing. I don't appreciate the lie.
