Suzy at reception was wonderful, she was so kind to our children and helped us on our last day when our flight was delayed.
We had a great stay, the kids loved kids club and the pool/room were lovely.

Super Hotel, großzügig und modern eingerichtete Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war super, für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Es gab sogar Eis. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Direkte Strandlage, aber trotzdem unweit vom Ortszentrum mit dem Bang Niang Market, Restaurants, Wäsche-Services oder Massagemöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Eigentlich war alles gut, aber wenn man am Infinitypool lag, kam gefühlt aller 2 Minuten ein Servicemitarbeiter vorbei und hat nach Wünschen (Drinks oder Food) gefragt. Dies war etwas nervig.

Good location for a reasonable price
Pros:

Good location, close to the beach and near the main restaurants. Older part of the hotel appears used and now part os not a lot better.

Cons:

Gym could get a makeover as cardio machines are old and heavily used. It’s also very warm in there.
Pool in the new part of the hotel was never cleaned during our stay.
The hotel north of La Flora is the same brand but newer. (But can’t judge if better)

Pros:

De faciliteiten waren top, kids hebben genoten. Ook de hotelkamer was van alle gemakken voorzien en schoon. Ontbijt was heel divers. Wel minder dan ons vorige verblijf in de zomervakantie in 2025.

Cons:

Personeel rondom het restaurant tijdens ontbijt erg afstandelijk en minder klantvriendelijk dan we normaal gewend zijn in Thailand.

Relaxed verblijf gehad ondanks het weer in mei.
Pros:

Locatie is super en ontbijt is erg goed. Zwembad is goed en ligt direct aan het privé strand. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Prijs kwaliteit is prima

Cons:

Het schoonmaken van kamer en badkamer viel tegen. Even super snel een bezem er door, water aanvullen schone handdoeken en bed opmaken. In de 9 nachten niet 1 keer schoon beddengoed gehad.

Pros:

Ich war bereits zum zweiten mal im La Flora. Die Lage ist top und könnte nicht besser sein. Das Bett war sehr groß und bequem. Zimmer ebenfalls ausreichend groß.
Frühstücksbuffet inkl. Barista war hervorragend.

Cons:

Das Cleaning könnte tatsächlich bisschen besser sein. Sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Pool (sehr viel Dreck am Boden über mehrere Tage).
Das Gym ist leider ein Witz! Klein, schlechte AC und super alte Geräte. Da braucht es dringend eine Sanierung.

Stressede, larmende og alt for stort!
Pros:

Omgivelserne fremstod pæne og indbydende, f.eks. de pool “kanaler” der er ud for hver bygning og de små broer og beplantningen giver samlet en god stemning.

Cons:

Det var alt for stort, vi boede i den bagerste bygning og havde ca.500 meter til morgenmads restaurant og stranden. Der var larmende, både fra gaden, fra gæsterne i de små pools ved bygningen og ekstremt lydt i værelset. Vi kunne høre når naboerne snakkede, badede, gik på toilettet og satte stik i kontakten! Det er tydeligt en penge maskine, de tog overpriser på alt, og man skulle sågar betale for ekstra toiletpapir! Vi valgte at rejse 2 dage før tid, og da vi tjekkede ud spurgte de ikke ind til hvorfor vi rejste, bare at vi ikke ville få nogen refundering for de to dage. Da vi oplyste dem at vi ikke kunne lide at være der, spurgte de ikke ind til hvorfor eller beklagede vi havde haft en dårlig oplevelse.
