Overall, it was an ok stay, but the inn fell well short of the quality expected from a 4-star property.
Pros:

This hotel is located on the 4th and 5th floors of a large commercial building and is accessed by a very small elevator, which can be inconvenient, especially with luggage. The staff is generally friendly and we got our room earlier upon arrival.

Cons:

This is a very basic inn. During our entire stay, there was no internet. The staff said it was a general outage, but other businesses in the area had working internet, and the connection mysteriously returned only when it was time to process the city tax payment. The room was clean, but extremely basic. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was also very basic, cold, with little variety. Coffee was ok.

Posizione strategica per girare Roma (zona molto sicura), staff che mi ha fatto sentire a casa. Il piano dove mi trovavo era silenzioso, e questo per me è un punto fondamentale perchè ho il sonno leggero

Estadia Maravilhosa, Roma inesquecível.
Pros:

Gostamos muito da acomodação, quarto limpo, café da manha bom. Gostamos muito do Sr. Alessandro atendimento impecável, também a querida Sra. Monica que pessoa maravilhosa, sempre muito gentil conosco no café da manhã.
Pretendemos voltar a Roma e com certeza ficaremos novamente nesse hotel.

Good location, breakfast included and clean. Staff very nice.

Cons:

Booked 3 rooms and 2 of the rooms the AC was not cooling. Only the room with a stand alone ac unit was cooling. The other 2 rooms temperature was not comfortable and must have had a limiter on it. Staff kept saying it would eventually cool but never did. Luckily, I had a fan that helped.

La atención del personal súper bien, excelente! La habitación es muy muy linda y cómoda, el desayuno es muy muy rico 😋, la ubicación no es tan lejos de todo, muy bien para poder ir a explorar todo Roma, caminando como a unos 20 /25 min para llegar a ciertos lugares! Si te gusta caminar y conocer está bien la ubicación, el personal muy amable y todo muy limpio, en recepción nos permitieron guardar los bolsos después del check out mientras fuimos a conocer un poco más!
Pd; para entrar a un piso alto entonces la entrada como tal debes revisar bien la dirección para que no te pierdas, es una puerta bastante grande diagonal a una estación de policía

En cuanto a la ubicación, siento que no es del todo tan central, nos tocó caminar mucho pero valió la pena

Overall, our experience was pleasant.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The staff was also very welcoming. We felt as though it was within a good walking distance of everything. The room was very spacious with plenty of storage too.

Cons:

The room had a slight aroma of smoke. I'm assuming it was stuck in the curtains because it wasn't horribly strong. The bathroom was a little rough. Some of the vanity was broken and just overall a little dirty. The toilet looked like it hadn't been scrubbed with a brush in weeks, and there was dust all over the fixtures/open areas in the bathroom.
