The pool could do a lot better than to serve coffees in cheap nasty plastic cups. On hot summer days there was no affogato to get a coffee fix as well as desert. The focaccia was terrible and not worth the cost neither were the coffees so it made our stay worse.

The location is great, you're in the center of Ravello in literally 2 mins by foot.

Cons:

The lunch and the dinner were very bad. The bar area was bad and did not take advantage of the view. It was inside and poor.

The view from the hotel was outstanding and the staff were extremely helpful and attentive

Cons:

We moved rooms as the one we hade been allocated was noisy at night and, in our view of poor quality for a Superior room. Our replacement room was significantly better. In both rooms the bath/showers need replacing.
