A fantastic 10 days at Hotel Graal

La magie de la côte amalfitaine résumée en un hôtel de qualité qui nous offre un havre de paix.

Notre séjour à l’Hôtel Graal à Ravello a tout simplement été parfait, du début à la fin.

La gentillesse et l’attention du personnel, la qualité de l’accueil, notre chambre, cette vue absolument incroyable sur la Côte Amalfitaine, les repas, l’ambiance de l’hôtel, les équipements… tout était réuni pour nous faire vivre quelques jours exceptionnels.

Nous avons également énormément apprécié la disponibilité de l’équipe, jusque dans les petits détails, notamment leur aide et leur accompagnement concernant notre voiture de location. On sent ici une véritable volonté de prendre soin des clients et de rendre leur séjour le plus agréable possible.

Il y a des hôtels que l’on apprécie… et puis il y a ceux que l’on quitte avec un petit pincement au cœur.

Le Graal fait clairement partie de ceux-là.

Un lieu magnifique, une atmosphère chaleureuse, une équipe formidable et cette sensation d’avoir trouvé une adresse où l’on se sent simplement bien.

TOUT, TOUT, TOUT était parfait.
Notre grand coup de cœur de ce séjour en Italie. 🇮🇹❤️

Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir et, surtout, nous recommandons cette adresse les yeux fermés.

Great hotel but a very disappointing experience.
Pros:

Great views from the rooms, stretching across Maiori and Minori. Swimming pool, with similar infinity-pool-like views. The restaurant was amazing, and the chef made an exception for us and stayed a bit longer when we arrived late. We really, really appreciated and enjoyed it.

Cons:

This was a dealbreaker, and the reason why we only gave 1 star. It's a great hotel and we would sincerely recommend it, but we had a rather disappointing experience. There was a problem with the lock on our door. Despite closing the door, it would not lock, and would leave the door open. To lock it properly, one had to slam it or close it in a very specific way. We only discovered it on the second day by accidently leaning on the door while in the corridor. When we reported it to the staff, they sent over a maintenance man but he did not manage to fix it - he only adjusted the mechanism so that the door would lock if it was closed in a specific way. The desk staff promised to inform the housekeeping team so that they would make sure our door is locked after making up the room. Unfortunately, this did not happen and on several occassions we came back after a full day out to find our day unlocked. Our belongings, credit cards, passports and other important documents were open for anyone to grab or take photos of all day long. The staff completely shrugged off our concern about potential identity theft and the seriousness of the situation. Eventually, with our stay coming to an end, we agreed that we would lock the door ourselves and put on the "do not disturb" sign on the door so that the housekeeping team don't enter our room. However, the housekeeping ignored the "do not disturb", entered the room a couple minutes after we had left, and our room remained unlocked again... The desk staff checked their entry system and there was a clear entry log, showing who and when entered our room despite the "do not disturb" door flap. The employee denied the fact that they entered our room, lying in front of everyone. Effectively, our room remained unlocked for the majority of our stay. Having your belongings secure is not a luxury - it is a very fundamental service, and they were just very blaze about it.

The pool view and room view is amazing of the sea. Francesca one of our servers a few nights was the best and the sweetest woman we met. The entire staff was amazing and we had such a nice stay. Great food too!

Albergo per tanto relax. Ottimo!

L'albergo è in ottima posizione, dista dalla piazza principale 5 minuti . La vista sul golfo è spettacolare, le stanze ,la piscina, la sala colazione sono rivolte sul panorama. Colazione variegata e completa di tutto ,sia di dolce che salato. Tutto lo staff è gentilissimo e professionale. Per un pranzo o la cena si può usufruire del ristorante all'interno dello stesso albergo. la piscina è comoda, con lettini ed ombrelloni a disposizione, con un piccolo BAR .

Cons:

Tutto perfetto . 2 CONSIGLI : avevamo la stanza con balcone ma completamente al sole, impossibile usufruirne, se ci fosse stato un piccolo ombrellone sarebbe stato bello. In bagno cambierei la vasca jacuzzi ormai datata con una comoda doccia. Per una persona anziana o con problemi fisici scavalcare il bordo vasca lo trovo pericoloso per eventuali scivolate...Per il resto tutto ok.
