Went to outdoor pool area for alittle fure pit time ( was told the hrs by staff) and there was nine instead we got told we couldn’t stay at the outside pool area and it was only 9 o’clock on Friday.

I Greatly Appreciated the staff at the front desk accommodating me to be able to park in the lot for my Cruise.
The inside needed updating - the hallways needed painting. But mostly the carpet needed cleaning. It had a lot of strains and the carpet in the bedroom smelled bad. It makes it uncomfortable after a 17 hours drive to try to get settled and relaxed, but the smell of the carpet doesn't help to sleep well. Other than that - It was Good!
Breakfast was underwhelming. The beds were AWFUL!! I got on the floor because I couldn’t take the pain from the bed any longer and around 2am.
Breakfast was very underwhelming. Basic eggs, sausage links cereal and waffles. Nothing to brag about. My daughter asked to find somewhere else to eat when usually hotel breakfast is her favorite and at $175 a night, breakfast should have been nearly top notch! The beds were awful!! The floor literally felt better!! Yes we got on the floor around 2am because we couldn’t take those hard beds anymore!! The air went out but the front desk lady compensated us on that upon check out. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone due to how expensive it is per night and the uncomfortable beds, underwhelming breakfast and the expensive nightly cost. This should have been an $80 a night stay due to those things. Kind of hard pill to swallow with that price and with being uncomfortable. I checked out well before my port time. Sitting in the car for 3 hours was literally more comfortable.

Pleasantly pleased that the room looked exactly how its advertised on line. We had a late check in and the attendant was very kind, professional, and quick. I enjoyed my stay at this very clean facility.
