I like that it's comfortable and I book here ever year it's a great place very clean and friendly the breakfast is great also

Cons:

I don't like that it's something new ever year and it should be a reward program for people who book here a lot like a discount on room are something and it should be more parking for shuttle for Cruise guest.

It was a very good breakfast. Everything was fresh and hot. The clerk was very nice.

Cons:

When you open the room door, a musty smell hits your nose. Found out later that the floor under the air conditioner was wet!!!! So that explained why the room had a musty odor to it. And the shower was clogged!!! Im taking a shower and is standing in almost knee deep water!! For the price of that room, I was very unhappy with that room!!

Great hotel
Pros:

Friendly staff. Not so much at the sister property sky bar. Bartender was so rude about having to make 3 Miami Vice drinks. We canceled and left when he said “Ofcourse you do want the hardest drink”
