Best hotel in Ireland!
Pros:

We loved everything about it! The rooms were great. It was very clean two restaurants to choose from and of course, free breakfast with a big plus. The location could’ve been better in a beautiful area. Lots to see around there. Also love the hot tub and pool and saunas.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything that we didn’t like. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Very nice hotel with great rooftop restaurant.
Pros:

Very nice room and clean with walk in shower which we requested.
The roof top restaurant was lovely and the staff were excellent.

Cons:

Although check in wasn’t until 4pm we sat in the lounge area to wait for our room for over 2hrs, eventually it was ready at 4.10 they said they had upgraded the room but I had already paid for a sea view upgrade so,that wasn’t correct.

Pros:

Great location on Westport quay. Rooms were very nice. Spa / pool / wellness centre was superb. Breakfast was excellent

Cons:

Pool was a little cold for me and we had to buy and wear swim hats for €3

Stylish, comfortable and relaxing hotel to stay in.
Pros:

Lovely bedroom and bathroom ... spacious, nicely presented, clean and comfortable.
Good toiletries and coffee/tea.

Restaurant is beautifully styled, very inviting and with comfortable seating.
Grouped seating in the foyer was great for meeting people or just relaxing.

Cons:

My only complaint is the presence of tv screens in the bar. It completely changes the ambience in what is an attractive and inviting space. It meant we never went to the bar for a drink.

Pros:

It was close to the sea

Cons:

The car park is awful. Very tight limited spaces, people.just park whatever way they want restricting others from parking or getting out of their spaces.. its not just for hotel guests eithe, nor is there any sort of security .. When I initally asked at reception about the parking she just said well you can park on the street but its paid parking during the day.. not what I expected for almost 600 euro for 2 nights.
The "Thermal suite" is a sauna and a steam room.. not what I expected having been to other thermal suites in the likes of johnstown estate, which is far cheaper for 2 nights.
The pool itself is small and extremely shallow, we were lucky there was only 1 other guest in there. We were going to book spa treatments but I'm glad now that I didn't.
Breakfast was OK, not much choice on the continental breakfast section. Coffee machine was broken but quickly fixed when I asked about it on the first morning but on the second morning they didnt seem bothered, just confirmed it was broken.
Dinner was expensive, tasted fine but again not what I'd expect when paying so much.
Most staff were great, friendly and helpful but the woman behind the desk in the spa kind of made us feel unwelcome on Saturday morning. She wasnt at the desk when we arrived but when she arrived I asked where the thermal suite was and she kind of snapped back that it was "all in there" referencing at the pool. I cant wear my glasses at the pool but I could see a wet floor sign infront of a set of doors and I just suggested we see what was in the doors and it was actually the "thermal suite" .. or sauna and steamroom

All in all, the hotel has potential, but the overall experience does not match the price we paid. We hope management add
Pros:

On the positive side, breakfast was excellent: a great variety and good quality. The location is also fantastic, which is a big plus

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were not provided with the parking that was included in our booking, this was quite inconvenient and disappointing, as we had specifically counted on it. The condition of the furniture also left a lot to be desired; it looked worn and outdated.

Pros:

Viešbutis yra miestelio pakraštyje, prie uosto. Pėsčiomis per gražų parka galima iki centro nueiti per 20 min. Pusryčiai labai geri. Vakarieniavome pagal viešbučio rekomendacijas miestelio restoranėlyje, tai buvome labai patenkinti, nes viešbučio Rooftop restoranas neveikė. Parkavimas yra viešbučio nemokamas.

Nice location on the coast
Pros:

Nice location on the coast, friendly staff, room with a sea view. Great restaurant also with great views. Evening meal was very good.

Cons:

Irish breakfast was very dry so obviously left too long under kitchen heat lamps so very dissappointing after having an amazing dinner.
