Please note that all Special requests are subject to availability & additional charges may apply. A damage/noise deposit of €300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check -out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property and the absence of noise disturbance complaints related to your stay.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Pros:

We were checked in by Beatrice, she was very friendly informative and efficient. We had cocktails in the bar and a superb dinner in the restaurant. Room was good size, comfortable bed and pillows.

A lovely stay with good facilities
Pros:

The Spa , pool etc were good , we really loved the breakfast and the restaurant and spa staff were friendly

Cons:

The car park was tight and although we were supposed to have 1 parking space we had to park out in the street because the car park was full , I think the spaces should be numbered and allocated

Prachtige locatie, prima kamers maar we voelden geen warm welkom
Pros:

The locatie aan het water is geweldig. De kamer was ruim en schoon met een prima bed. Het schoonmaakpersoneel is heel vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het personeel kwam efficient maar kortaf over, op het schoonmaakpersoneel en een van de serveersters in het restaurant na. De receptie was professioneel en efficient maar zonder glimlach, wat ons opviel omdat we overal in Ierland een zeer warm welkom krijgen. Het hotel lijkt ingesteld op grote groepen en minder geschikt voor individuele reizigers.

Gorgeous spa with lovely staff.
Pros:

Room was very comfortable with a lovely view. Spa was absolutely divine, from the friendly staff, to the relaxing pool, jacuzzi and sauna. I also got a Swedish massage from Jess and it so relaxing would definitely recommend.

Cons:

Only thing that annoyed us was the Maître d' at the restaurant. We arrived at 7.45 for 8pm dinner. He told us to wait at the bar (we later found out our table was empty and set and ready to go). Two other couples arrived at 7.55 and were shown straight to their tables. He eventually came back to us at 8.01 and shows us to our table. Maybe the fact that we were starving didn't help, but we didn't like his style/attitude.
