If you book 5 or more rooms this will be classed as a group. The hotel will contact you directly as a deposit schedule will be issued to you to pre pay for your group prior to arrival. A €100.00 deposit per room per night will be requested at check-in for incidental charges for all rooms. Guests using credit cards will have their card pre -authorized for the full amount, and the balance ( if any) will be released upon check-out. Guests paying by debit cards will be charged upfront for the full amount, and the balance (if any) will be reimbursed in cash upon check-out. Please note that all Special requests are subject to availability & additional charges may apply. A damage/noise deposit of €300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check -out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property and the absence of noise disturbance complaints related to your stay.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The location at the heart of the bay, rooftop restaurant and breakfast space with very nice views, nice pool and thermal suite area.
Food in the rooftop restaurant was okay, but didn‘t match the quality of the view.

When booking in receptionist not very friendly, also a bit sad the way she asked for credit card and not so nice when I said I only had a debit card, not a good start to a holiday .hotel lovely

The hotel was clean with friendly staff.
The location is far from the town centre but beside the fun park and harbour that has regular cruises around clew bay
The location was not great if you were looking for the nightlife of the town.
Lovely setting, especially having your breakfast on the 4th floor overlooking Clew bay with Croagh Patrick in the background- stunning! Food was excellent as well.
Room view was off back carpark but you can’t win every time!
