Very unpleasant. I was very disappointed that there wasn’t a reliable authority you could count on.
Cons:

Guests on room 304 were being disruptive and kept us up all night. Called the person at the lobby but issue wasn’t resolve.

Dirty place.
Pros:

Close to the beach.

Cons:

The room was dirty. Shower pipe had a hole. Barely had enough water pressure to take a shower. Didn't have enough water pressure at bathroom sink. Had to use bottled water to brush our teeth. Room service was absolutely terrible. Had to go get my on towels for 3 days. Only cleaned the room one day and we were there for 5 days.

Elevator was broken. Had to go up and down hot and dirty stairs. Traffic sounds and people talking all night.
Pros:

Close to the beach. Parking was nice.

Cons:

The room smelled like mildew. Bathroom was moldy. Pool is very small. Outdoor elevator very hot. Bed sheets were full of hair.

Pros:

Nothing except location.

Cons:

A very poor excuse for a hotel. Old, tired, and dirty with a "pool" the size of a bath tub. The staff, whilst friendly, were completely untrained and provided false information.

The space was roomy and was clean. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

The room smelled like smoke even though it's a "non smoking" facility. The hotel is not "steps across the street from the beach"; the room's view was of the high rises across the street. We "express" checked in and STILL had to check in, which was a lengthy process due to a new computer system. The pool was disgusting; had mildew rings along the top of the water line. The bed itself was comfortable but the pillows were awful. This hotel is priced like a high rise condo but is an efficiency motel at best.

Our view was amazing and the hotel did its purpose.
Pros:

The staff were amazing. Very personable! The room was clean and the towels were stocked daily!

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable, and after 14 hours of driving you want a comfortable bed. The elevator was so hot to ride in. We did have to switch rooms because we were in the elevator waiting area, with no view, so we asked to switch rooms and they accommodated us amazingly!
