Breakfast can be better.
The location was excellent, very close to the beach and boardwalk. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice convenience for our family.
The property is a little older and some areas could use updating. However, overall we had a pleasant stay.
Short walk to the beach
Hard to find parking spaces,several small cars were parked in two spaces.
I love the staff at this hotel, as well as how close it is to the beach for the value that I pay compared to other properties nearby. The only hotel I consistently stay at in Virginia Beach.
My only complaint is there’s hardly any water pressure, especially at the sink. And also the fan in the bathroom didn’t work.
The location of the property was awesome! It is walking distance from the beach and all the restaurants and shops along Atlantic Ave. The room was clean and the staff is also very nice and welcoming!
The shower is only half-covered so water goes everywhere when showering and the sink had barely any water pressure. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable and makes the loudest noises if you make any movements at all.

El desayuno no tenía nada de proteínas y al hotel le falta una remodelación.
El señor que nos atendió muy amable no permitió el parque antes de la hora del check in y nos dejó quedarnos después del check out. Nos permitió cambiarnos luego de regresar de la playa.
La ubicación
El A/C hacia BASTANTE ruido!!! La habitación todavía tenía arena de mar, lo podías sentir al caminar en el piso de la habitación hasta con zapatos. El estacionamiento la mayoría se estacionaba fuera de su parqueadero. (Chuecos). Sinceramente no regresaría.
Breakfast was free , nothing special cereal and waffles but didn't get a chance to make a waffle people lined up waiting. Location was great. Short walk to the beach.
Customer relations could be better. Hard to inquire about directions or general questions
Manager Brian taught me a lesson that no university delivers . You rarely meet those personalities. People now are at their craziest levels but there are only few who sit there and win that war every day. Brian you are a university.
