Pros:

Personale accogliente e veramente efficiente. Bella atmosfera all'interno e in un contesto interessante. Bella posizione di fronte al parco della Tête d'Or e downtown facilmente raggiungibile. In generale oltre le nostre aspettative.

Cons:

Sui terrazzi esterni la pulizia dovrebbe essere migliore: c'erano molte ragnatele con relativi ragni anche grandini. Un punto personale per me che preferisco le scale agli ascensori (tra l'altro velocissimi e in vetro quindi molto belli): le scale erano accessibili solo dal perimetro esterno della struttura e anche li la pulizia non era impeccabile.

Pros:

Kind personnel, splendid restaurant. Good that it has a gym that the guests can use.

Cons:

The mattress in the bed was a bit too stiff for my taste but it might work well for other people.

We would return if ever in the area again.
Pros:

Everything was great overall. Very comfortable room and bed.Loved the robes and slippers and the convenience of being able to make a tea or coffee in the room.

Cons:

Dinner and breakfast buffet in Antipasti could have been better.

Pros:

The location was excellent, literally at the doorstep of the conference center, which made everything extremely convenient. I also really appreciated how quiet the room was, providing a peaceful, comfortable place to rest after a long day.

Cons:

The shower head could have been positioned a bit higher, and communication at reception was sometimes difficult because the staff did not speak English very well. I also missed having a minibar or small refrigerator in the room.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in Lyon. The receptionist at both check-in and check-out was fantastic, going the extra mile to upgrade our rooms so we could have adjoining space. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well air-conditioned. The secure parking was a huge bonus with plenty of height clearance for our roof box, and getting a taxi was completely hassle-free. Overall, a smooth and great experience—we would gladly stay here again!

Cons:

Honestly, nothing! Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out.

Pros:

Le petit-déjeuner était exceptionnel et le personnel était suepr gentils et sympas ! Metion spécialle à la jeune dame qui préparait les cafés cappuccinos au petit-déjeuner. Elle préparait un superbe cappuccino et était tellement gentille et souriante !

Geweldig
Pros:

De accommodatie was super schoon, zowel de bedden als de badkamer. Wij hebben deze accommodatie geboekt als doorreis hotel en dit raad ik zeker aan, er zit een garage onder het hotel wat echt super handig is. Het is een rustige omgeving en makkelijk te bereiken vanuit de snelweg. Super vriendelijk en geduldig personeel. Ik kom hier zeker terug!
