המתקנים ישנים, צוות לא אדיב, נותן לך לחשוב פעמיים אם בא לך לבקש משהו, לא מחייך נותן לך הרגשה שעושה לך טובה שהוא משרת אותך, קבלת הפנים לא הייתה חמה, הזמנתי חדר פרמיום קינג עם מכונת קפה בתיאור החדר, אבל בחדר לא הייתה מכונת קפה, החדר אין בו מקרר למרות שזה חדר קינג, המתקנים מתקופת האבן ויש בהן ריח של ריקבון, הזמנתי את החדר במיוחד לסאונה , אבל הסאונה לא הייתה עובדת, אמרו אחרי כמה ימים תיפתח. בנוסף, ביקשו פיקדון 100 יורו, שאלתי למה? אמרו אם תרכוש משהו!!! למרות זאת, בבר אם מבקש משהו מבקשים עבורו במקום, ובחדר לא היה מקרר בו שתייה כדי לקחת ממני פיקדון. השטיח לא היה נקי מלוכלך.

Pros:

An excellent hotel. We travel a lot and often stop in Lyon on our way, usually staying at other hotels in the same category, but from now on, we’ll only stay here. The room was spotless, the underground parking was convenient, and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise! A special thank you to the reception staff! It is rare to meet people like them—they explained everything in detail, walked us to the parking area, and were incredibly polite and attentive.

Convention center nice hotel
Pros:

The location is conveniently located, just next to the convention center. However, it is also close to the park. In front of the hotel there is a bus which takes you to the centre in 10 minutes. The hotel is nice and clean and the staff is friendly.

Cons:

I stayed for more than 1 week, and I found the breakfast a little bit repetitive. By staying both on a standard room and one with a balcony, I found the first one spacious, while the second was smaller and the balcony a little bit dusty. The gym was too small, but I guess that after the renovation it will be better

Schöne Lage am Park. Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Etwas außerhalb; ca. 45 Minuten mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Altstadt.
