Stay here often when visiting family in the area
Pros:

Burleigh Court offers comfort and a calm ambiance. The addition of the new restaurant and outside bar area add a touch of luxury and I always enjoy an early morning swim when I stay there.

Cons:

Miss having a manned reception - check-in desk even tho it’s DIY often requires help, the staff however are really helpful.

Don’t bother! Need to sort restaurant out for dinner. Stufent staff nice but not properly trained.
Pros:

Honestly - useless!
Door all fraud from water damage. Shower all cruddy on outside - black sealant. Room too hot - world’s cheapest fan! Restaurant for dinner dreadful & so over staffed but under capable! Waited hours for table & food. Brekkie ok. Hash browns great!

Cons:

See above

Great, location facilities and staff, but poor night sleep due to noisy doors
Pros:

The finish in the bar and restaurant and the staff.

Cons:

No drinking water or bottled water in the rooms, all the bedroom doors slam really loud, need damping so you can sleep. I know they are fire doors but sort the soft closing please.
