Cons:

O quarto cheirava mofo. Colcha da cama com aspecto sujo. Controle televisão nao funciona.

localização boa, estacionamento ao lado, atendimento e café

Cons:

limpeza deixou a desejar, muita poeira, inclusive embaixo das camas (sujeira acumulada), banheiro idem, com o box muito encardido (nojento para usar), portas descascadas, falta de manutenção. Ninguém para ajudar a carregar as malas (estava com dificuldade para caminhar por conta de cirurgia no pé), da garagem para a recepção foi preciso carregar as bagagens pelo lado de fora do hotel e havia moradores de rua no local.

Café da manhã em uma área muito boa, espécie de mezanino no Hotel, alimentos bem distribuídos porém senti falta de mais frutas à disposição.

Cons:

Alguns pontos chaves no que tange a manutenção e os equipamentos que já poderiam estar disponíveis os mais modernos, como também o enxoval do quarto.

Quarto sem internet, telefone sem funcionar, iluminação com defeito, o mais grave, confundi o meu apto coloquei a chave em outro e abriu, perguntando a camareira a mesma me informou q me deram a chave mestre, fiquei imaginando se tivesse um casal a vontade imagina a bronca q seria.
