Karlsbad ist immer eine Reise wert 👍
Pros:

Trotz gebuchtem Zusatzpaket Wellness, waren keine Handtücher und Bademäntel im Zimmer. Bei Rückfrage an der Rezeption wurde nach Rückfrage mitgeteilt, das bei einer Übernachtung dies nicht dabei ist. Im weiteren Zimmer war es allerdings vorhanden. So wie es sich anhörte , hatte die Dame einfach keine Lust Handtücher und Bademäntel zu organisieren.

Cons:

Bis auf die Dame an der Rezeption war alles okay

laute Lüftergeräusche in Zimmernähe; in der Dusche war die Halterung lose (defekter Wanddübel), am Kopfende des Bettes war eine Leiste locker; das Fernsehprogramm enthielt keine deutschen öffentlich-rechtlichen Sender (statt ZDF kam RTL, statt 3sat kam SuperRTL, statt ZDFinfo kam ntv); Personal kam wohl hauptsächlich nicht aus Tschechien (eher Russland)

Heas asukohas hotell, padjad olid kehvad, muidu hea.
Pros:

Asukoht on hotellil suurepärane. Olime seal 3 ööd ja hommikusöök oli heas mõttes tavaline, halb ei olnud, aga teenindaja taha jäi vahel see, et kohvimasina piimajahuti ei olnud sisse lülitatud ja piimakohvisid ei saanud, mahlamasin lülitati ka alles minu palve peale sisse. Tegelikult oli kõik hästi, aga inimfaktor vahel jätab jälje.

Cons:

Padjad olid väsinud.

Pros:

Terasa a personál restaurace se líbila.
Jídlo je ovšem v sortimentu bezkonkurenčně zatím nejchudší co jsme zatím v KV zažili.

Cons:

Nelíbilo se:
Služba recepce. Velmi bohorovná vzhledem ke kvalitě ubytování.

nefunkční bazén, přestože je placen a stále v nabídce služeb! Nefunkční větrání v koupelně.
Nevyhovující parkování, auta jsou řazena za sebou, musí se tedy podle potřeby průběžně přeparkovávat.
Už se nevrátím.
