Lage und Essen sind gut , leider hat uns die gewohnte Freundlichkeit beim Personal gefehlt
Pros:

Lage ist sehr gut, Zimmer und Hotel von der Ausstattung gut. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut.

Cons:

Schwimmbad und Whirlpool zu kalt und eine Tag außer Betrieb. Beim Personal hätten wir uns etwas mehr Freundlichkeit erwartet ( wie in anderen Hotels in Karlsbad)

Все відповідало очікуванням за виключенням доступу до спа зони - в зоні спа, за інформацією на ресепшн, відбувалися планові щомісячні роботи по чищенню зони спа. При бронюванні, необхідно уточнювати можливість відвідування спа зони!

Veća očekivanja nego sam ih dobio
Pros:

Izvrsna lokacija, osoblje hotela izuzetno ljubazno, doručak prosječan, u kasnijim terminima doručka neke stvari u ponudi se ne nadopunjuje na stolu.

Cons:

Spa počinje sa radom u 9 ujutro, u 9.15 tamo nema osoblja, sve saune ugašene nisu u funkciji kao ni jacuzzi.

Nicht so toll und Achtung Abzocke
Pros:

Die zentrale Lage ist super und das Hotel prinzipiell schön.

Cons:

Hier kommt die leider längere Liste. Der Pool könnte mehrere Grad wärmer sein, hineinzugehen kostet echte Überwindung, und die Sauna ist leider nur von 16h bis 20h geöffnet, was auch mit den (sehr frühen) Abfütterungszeiten kollidiert, wenn man ein Angebot inklusive Abendessen bucht. Das gibt es nämlich auch nur bis 20h. Davon würden wir rückblickend allerdings ohnehin abraten, da das Essen wirklich nicht gut war. Tatsächlich war es so miserabel, dass unser größter Unterhaltungsfaktor ein älteres Ehepaar war, das sich am Nebentisch lautstark über die schlechte Qualität unterhielt und überlegte, einen gebuchten 10-tägigen Aufenthalt nach Tag 2 abzubrechen. Wir waren sowieso nur eine Nacht da, weshalb uns auch zunächst keine Bademäntel gegeben wurden und Wellnessangebote konnte man vor Ort leider auch nicht kurzfristig wahrnehmen. Der Knüller kam aber wenige Minuten vor dem Checkout, den ich zuvor an der Rezeption angekündigt hatte. Eine Mitarbeiterin kam trotz Bitte-nicht-stören-Schild ohne anzuklopfen ins Zimmer und behauptete, es würde nach Rauch riechen. Im ganzen Hotel hängen Schilder aus, die darauf hinweisen, dass 200€ Strafe fällig werden, wenn man im Zimmer raucht. Wir waren zum Rauchen stets draußen, und die Mitarbeiterin, die sich dann an der Rezeption nicht für das Problem zuständig fühlte, sah mich auch am Morgen für meine „Frühstückszigarette“ nach draußen gehen. Auf dem Rückweg sagte ich ihr schließlich Bescheid, dass wir gleich auschecken wollen. Wir haben uns dagegen gewehrt, dass uns solche ungerechtfertigten Vorwürfe gemacht werden, und vermuten, dass dahinter eine systematische Abzocke der (draußen rauchenden) Urlauber steckt. Probieren kann man‘s ja mal …
Wir werden das Haus demnach nicht weiterempfehlen.
