Gute Lage, mäßiger Spa Bereich
Pros:

Lage, Frühstück, Service, Größe und Sauberkeit des Zimmers sind top.

Cons:

Ausziehcouch im Zimmer für 3 Personen sehr unbequem. Spa Bereich kleiner als erwartet, zu lauter Ruhebereich, etwas zu kaltes Wasser und nicht funktionierende Düsen im Whirlpool. Schade.

Hotel ist in einer top Lage, alles sauber, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück sehr gut.

Cons:

Etwas schwierig mit dem Parkplatz, aber die Mitarbeiter haben sich Mühe gegeben um das Problem zu lösen

Mein Fazit zum Hotel...

Am Anreisetag war eine große Laufveranstaltung in Karlsbad. Diverse Straßen waren gesperrt. Wir mussten nach mehreren Umleitungen und Rücksprache mit einem Polizisten ca. 15 Min entfernt parken und das Gepäck zum Hotel schleppen.

Leider erfolgte vorab keinerlei Info vom Hotel.

Es gab keine willkommene Begrüßung und auch kein Wort tut mir leid das sie nicht informiert wurden.

Beim Frühstück auch kein "Guten Morgen" oder Irgendein Hinweis "Selbstbedienung o.ä.". Frühstück ist nur das nötigste und sehr karg und langweilig.

Haben uns nicht Willkommen gefühlt. Wenn nochmal Karlsbad dann definitiv nicht mehr das Hotel

Na našem pokoji ve 3.patře byl celou noc silně a nepříjemně slyšet nějaký kompresor. Personál na recepci nam sdělil, že nás nemůže přestěhovat, protože mají plno a při odjezdu situaci velmi zlehčoval. Spánek to velmi rušilo. Považujeme za nepřijatelné, aby u těchto pokojů nebyl host při rezervaci upozorněn. Při hovoru s personálem vyplynulo, ze jsme nebyli jediní, kdo na tento hluk negativne reagoval.

Pros:

Die Lage, komfortabel, preis-leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Der Check in war sehr pedantisch und zu ausführlich, weshalb sich lange Zeit in Anspruch genommen hat. Die verantwortliche Dame im Spa Bereich war unsympathisch.

Trotz Buchung konnten wir nicht im gebuchten Hotel übernachten.
Cons:

Leider wurden wir wegen Überbuchung auf ein anderes hotel umgebucht, was uns 2 Stunden unseres Urlaubs gekostet hat.
Im Hotel Dvorak war aber alles top und das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht!

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Parken ist ein interessantes Thema.

Cons:

Das Hotel war nicht gewillt unsere Motorräder auf den Hoteleigenen Parkplatz zu lassen (Stichwort: Management does not want this!)!
Frühstück durchschnittlich. Abendessen keine Empfehlung wert.
Holzbank in der Saune ist gebrochen - interesse an der Information dazu wurde keine gezeigt.
Wellness/Spa Bereich sehr kalt! Whirlpool viel zu kalt!
Wir würden hier nicht mehr halt machen.
