Pros:

Locaux agréables et bien situés pour un court séjour. Personnel attentionné. Piscine. Restauration.

Cons:

Manque de prises électriques dans les chambres. Et couverts (même en plastique) dans le coin cuisine

Fantastic hotel that’s close to Disney.
Pros:

We booked this hotel for 2 night stay whilst we were visiting Disney. The hotel staff were very friendly and the hotel exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable beds, clean rooms and great amenities. We will definitely be back.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything that was negative about our stay.

Akzeptabel, aber zu teuer für die Leistung
Pros:

Die Lage direkt an der Autobahn und zugleich in einem netten kleinen Örtchen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten war perfekt auf der Durchreise. Es war sauber.

Cons:

Die Wände sind super hellhörig, man konnte Gespräche der Zimmernachbarn mithören. Ich hätte gerne Ohropax dabei gehabt.
Die Klimaanlage war viel zu laut um zu schlafen während sie an war.
Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen.
Meines Erachtens ist es seinen Preis nicht wert.

Aangenaam voor onze trip.
Pros:

Erg goede locatie in rustige buurt met goede faciliteiten.

De kamer was niet comfortabel ingericht en de badkamer was zeer klein.

Das Personal war super freundlich, das möchte ich noch ausdrücklich betonen . Das Frühstück ist sensationell. Die Eingangshalle sieht toll aus. Super Parkplätze für Rollstuhlfahrer.

Cons:

Der Barmann war leider nicht freundlich. Hat einfach ein Schild auf den Tresen geknallt mit „Geschlossen“. Das könnte man auch nett sagen. Unser Zimmer hat nicht gut gerochen. Leider lag das wahrscheinlich an der Reinigungskraft. Da musste man die Luft anhalten, wenn sie im Gang war. Überall Teppichboden der sehr fleckig und eklig ist. Alles war super abgewohnt. Keine Steckdose im Badezimmer (leider Schimmel in der Dusche), Waschbecken lief schlecht ab.
Müsste alles mal renoviert werden. Wenn du siehst, wo deine Handtücher her kommen, möchtest du sie nicht mehr nutzen.
Spa und Fitness haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Da brauche ich es super sauber und nachdem alles andere nicht wirklich sauber war, habe ich mir das gespart.

Awful room cleaning service
Pros:

The hotel is fantastic if you intend to go to Disneyland and the spa and steam room is fantastic to reset your body. The metro is very close so no need to pay for uber as Disney is 2 stops away. Also some fabulous restaurants close to the metro station.

Cons:

For the whole week the hotel did not clean to a high standard. If I hadn’t strip down the bedding and sure they probably would only turn down the bedding. Even to mop the floor or scrub the bath they didn’t do. One day they didn’t even clean the room at all and even missed my dinner reservations and hotel offered nothing. When I complained to the manager next day she offered free breakfast for rest of stay and I took it up for one day and didn’t bother going rest of the day. The breakfast hall they clean and even hotel manager said they have separate cleaning team but going forward I doubt I will stay here again. It’s a real shame as my first experience was amazing and it seems management must be weak. Definitely not a 4 star hotel anymore…at best will give 2 star.

Pros:

Very nice premises, staff very polite and helpful, breakfast tasty but not many choices.The garden is amazing and vibe of the place relaxing.Swiming pool decent and opening times really good for families with kids.

Cons:

The room looked quite outdated in need of refurbishment and curtains absolutely disgusting and dirty.For this hotel I find it unacceptable.No drinks in the fridge wich is a minimum requirement for a 4 star hotel.
