Pros:

L’hôtel est beau, la piscine magnifique aussi. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est une pépite, 10/10 que ce soit pour les plats, les desserts ou cocktail.

Cons:

Par contre le personnel n’est pas très à l’écoute.
On a demandé à changer nos draps le premier jour parce qu’il y avait un odeur désagréable mais personne n’est venu et malheureusement on a dû dormir avec, vu que personne ne s’est présenté pour en ramener. Le lendemain après-midi, une dame est venue toquer à notre chambre, on a à peine répondu qu’elle a ouvert la porte sauf que mon mari se changeait. Elle nous a dit qu’elle ne pouvait pas changer les draps mais qu’on pouvait le faire nous même si on le souhaitait, chose qu’on a faite mais personne n’est repassé pour récupérer les draps qui sentait mauvais.

On y retournera certainement.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner vraiment complet. Propreté des lieux, chambre sympa. Calme appréciable. Personnel disponible. Piscine, hammam et sauna vraiment bien. Et une très belle salle de fitness.

Cons:

La literie est très très molle et les oreillers également (habitués à un matelas plutôt dur et idem au niveau des oreillers). Une question de goût.

Séjour reposant, nous reviendrons avec plaisir
Pros:

Hotel calme, chambre très propre, petit déjeuner copieux et varié.
L'espace SPA est très agréable.
Nous avons été surclassé et avons apprécié les peignoirs pour l'accès au SPA.

Cons:

Rien mais nous aurions apprécié un refrigérateur dans la chambre du fait de la canicule.
