Overall the stay was OK. Hotel was in a great location with a great pool / spa.
Pros:

A well located hotel just off the motorway. 15 minutes drive to Val d' Europe and Disneyland. Other shopping areas just 5 minutes away. Walking distance to a supermarket or restaurants.
Well presented modern hotel with an open and airy feel. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The pool, sauna and steam room were excellent, well maintained and a great area to relax.
Breakfast area was spacious and the offerings laid out to allow easy of access without over-crowding
Although located in the older part of the hotel, rooms were nice and airy with high ceilings and large opening patio window.
Accommodate 3 adults quite easily with 3 of everything except coffee cups and condiments which they only supplied 2

Cons:

Our room wasn't ready for 3pm. Was told it could be any time from 3pm. After a long drive don't really want to be hanging around the waiting area until 3.30pm
Was shocked at the 66 Euro city tax for 3 people for 4 nights. (nothing to do with the hotel but still shocked)
Rooms were great but couldn't understand why advertised as having a kitchenette but provide nothing to cook with, serve with or eat with. (Cupboards were bare)
The only English TV channels were on the blink and unwatchable
WiFi had a very poor signal so couldn't stream anything to watch as an alternative
Main bed lovely but sofa bed needs a bit of maintenance, couldn't get it fully flat and squeaked on every movement.
The breakfast was a good selection but the hot food was cold / luke warm for all 4 days which was a bit of a disappointment

Pros:

J’ai tout aimé : la piscine, le spa, la salle de sport, le bowling et les restaurants. Tout est regroupé au même endroit. Très bon rapport qualité-prix, et toute ma famille a apprécié le séjour !

Cons:

Les plaques de cuisson ne fonctionnaient pas, ce qui est dommage pour préparer des repas. En revanche, le personnel a été très réactif pour remplacer le micro-ondes lorsqu’il y a eu un problème.
