Hotel moderno, bem decorado, funcionários simpáticos e prestativos, sem falar no conforto dos quartos e na presença de todas as comodidades (vários travesseiros, secador de cabelo de qualidade, steamer a vapor, água a vontade inclusive com gás, máquina d e café Nespresso no quarto). Localização perfeita em frente ao museu do Prado e do museu reina Sofia, há poucos minutos a pé da Gran via e do parque retiro. Voltarei com certeza.

Dark, dated themes, reflected in the attitudes of the Staff.

You ( Booking.com) told me I'd be upgraded. Nooo, so I nudged at reception--the best Staff member ( named Yuuli), gave me an upgrade and a key to an occupied room!! Back down to reception, and I got a low quality room. My colleague had a fully stocked mini fridge. My room had an empty fridge, and a full coffee bar setup, but zero coffee, tea, sweetners, Nothing.

This place is not up to Raddisons " image".

La habitación daba a la parte de atrás y había un local de ocio con ruido hasta las 6 de la mañana. No pudimos dormir
