A mediocre stay
Pros:

It was chic and nice located

Cons:

There was no water on the second day. They didnt communicate any updates, or send extra water into the room so we could wash up before our check out. At least a complimentary breakfast could have been offered. For such a price, this was unacceptable, and especially for a Radisson Member.

We had a great stay in Madrid, and our experience at Radisson Red was part of it!
Pros:

We liked so much the central position, nearby the Prado's boulevard, a few steps distance from the metro station. Room for 3 adults with comfortable space and 2 beds, good quality furniture and service (tea, coffe, mineral water available at room for free anytime). Silent room, comfortable beds, well cleaned. At groundfloor restaurant and bar in a nice location. Very quick check-in & check-out, good staff.

Cons:

Cost for breakfast too high (25 €): many alternatives are available at the bars along the street right out of the hotel entrance with much cheaper price.

O quarto é ótimo e espaçoso

Cons:

O café da manhã parecia refeitório de zona de guerra, faltando metade dos itens, talheres do buffet com restos de comida
O serviço deixou muito a desejar, ofereceram copos sujos, não tinham saca rolhas para emprestar, nenhuma ajuda com as malas.
Desde o primeiro dia não tinha sabão no chuveiro, não conferiram nem trocaram nos 3 dias da estadia.
Deveriam gastar um pouco do valor da estadia e contratar e treinar mais funcionários.
Tínhamos grandes expectativas mas foi o pior café da manhã e o pior serviço da viagem.
