A perfect Italian paradise for our honeymoon.
Pros:

We couldn’t have loved this hotel more. The location for us was perfect with the breathtaking views of mount Vesuvius and the gulf of Naples. It’s perfectly situated very close to a train station meaning you can get anywhere easily. The restaurant and bar are exceptional. I had some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had in their beautiful bar. The fine-dining restaurant is incredible. The pool area is so relaxed and well maintained. Every single staff member made us feel so welcome, but a special thank you to Angela, David, Giovanni, Luciano and Raffy. Thank you, we loved meeting you and we will be returning.

Neuwertiges Hotel in mäßiger Lage
Pros:

Neue, renovierte Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Super freundliches Personal. Der Blick auf den Golf von Neapel ist großartig. Die Betten und Kissen waren sehr gut. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Achtung: Viele Zimmer haben nur eine Badewanne ohne Glas und ohne Vorhang. Hinweis: Es dauert je nach Verkehr 45 bis 60 Minuten bis Sorrento und 60 bis 90 Minuten nach Positano. Ohne PKW (z.B. Leihwagen) ist ein Aufenthalt im Hotel aufgrund der Lage nicht empfehlenswert. Fazit: Der Preis ist definitiv zu hoch für die Lage.

LOVE IT!
Pros:

The hotel holds a special place in our hearts. We returned after 15 years and it made just as great an impression on us. The standard of service, the rooms, the atmosphere, the view, and the staff were top-notch! From the very beginning, we felt at home. Like good friends returning to spend their special moments. The staff made sure these moments were special. The rooms were comfortable and convenient. Everything was stylish and luxurious. The bathroom was comfortable and spacious, with all the amenities. The reception staff (especially Angela) was incredibly kind and helpful. Everything was top-notch. The restaurant service was of the highest standard and was polite. I felt like a princess at the hotel. Plus, there was a convenient garage and an absolutely beautiful pool and terrace overlooking Vesuvius. This hotel is a place to return to! LOVE <3

Facilities need refurbishment and they need to provide better amenities and options for guests. Only 3 English TV channels (news only) which did not work most of the time.

No customer service policy
Pros:

I had a family of 4 stay at this resort. To say the least, this hotel might have one of the worst customer service policies in place. The family had to leave early, paid for their rooms, but still was charged $800Euro fee for leaving early. Would not recommend staying here for the customer service issues.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful location.
Pros:

We had a fantastic time. The food was excellent and the staff were wonderful particularly David in the restaurant. Everything was perfect. A great location away from the business of Sorrento with easy access to all the sights.

Exceptional hotel, wonderful.
Pros:

Absolutely everything. We LOVED this hotel. The wonderful staff, the service, the beautiful building, the bar, the restaurant terrace with the FABULOUS, jaw-dropping view, the restaurant food (exceptional), Matteo gets a special mention for looking after us so well but every single member of staff was superb. The service in the restaurant was impeccable.

Cons:

We have no criticism at all except that the plugs in our room didn't suit any of our standard adaptors!! Again the hotel went out of their way to find adaptors for us but most of them were the same as ours so we did struggle a little, until one of the girls on reception found an extension lead that fitted, relief!! Phones and chargers all saved!

Love it and 30% the cost of the Excelsior Vittoria.
Pros:

First of all its an Italian 'Grand' hotel which means its going to be old style, classy and great but will be a little old fashioned around the edges. As long as you accept that its a fine and great value alternative to the super priced 5 star places in Sorrento. The food was exceptional though we didnt do the michelin starred option because my wife eats like a fricking sparrow!! The classic dining room was very good and the 'lemon dream' was so good my wife ate half of mine despite watching every aspect of her waistline. The rooms are lovely but trad, the balconies are wonderful and the views sensational. Will definitely return.

Terrible
Pros:

Very disappointing experience with this hotel. During our stay, the hotel staff drove our rental car into a wall. What makes this even worse is that the incident was completely hidden from us. We only discovered what had happened after encountering issues with the rental company and had to investigate this ourselves.
The lack of transparency and responsibility is unacceptable. Absolutely not professional or reliable service. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
