Pros:

Ottima posizione, presenza del parcheggio, personale gentilissimo!

Cons:

Solo un piccolo neo: condizionatore portatile in camera un po' rumoroso; purtroppo a causa del caldo anomalo abbiamo dovuto tenerlo sempre acceso... Ovviamente il fresco in camera batte il rumore 10 a 1!

Nel complesso siamo stati molto comodi nel nostro soggiorno. La villa storica è stupenda e ha molte potenzialità sfrutta

Bellissima posizione con parcheggio gratuito impagabile per Sanremo

Cons:

Il pinguino per raffreddare la stanza è un po’ rumoroso per la notte (però ha funzionato ed è stato molto utile). Il check-in fino alle 20:30 è limitato.

Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze.

Cons:

Eine alte Villa - einst sehr prächtig, wovon die Möbel zeugen. Allerdings schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Im
ersten Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage überhaupt nicht. Es war unerträglich heiß. Wir konnten aber dann gleich in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen. Hier war eine andere Klimaanlage, die es gerade so schaffte. Alles in allem für ein, zwei Nächte OK, nicht für einen ganzen Urlaub.

Posizione comodissima per il centro, il casinò e il mare. Zona silenziosa e tranquilla, letti comodi, bagni nuovi, ottima pulizia e struttura dallo stile classico molto curata. Parcheggio interno alla struttura con molti posti liberi se si arriva di domenica. Consigliate le stanze con vista mare.

Una notte in una struttura semplice ma rispondente a quanto ci aspettavamo

Posizione ottima, vicino al centro della città e non troppo lontano dal mare.
La presenza del parcheggio è una delle note a favore della struttura.
Menzione particolare alla pulizia della camera, davvero impeccabile. La nostra era una camera economy e rispondeva esattamente a quanto indicato sul sito

Soggiorno, cordialità e struttura oltre le aspettative!
Pros:

il mio soggiorno è andato oltre alle aspettative; la stanza che formalmente era senza aria condizionata era dotata di un condizionatore mobile (un po' rumoroso ma ho risolto con i tappi), bagno ristrutturato, piccolo frigo con bevande (onestissimo), parcheggio in struttura, ottima colazione e a due passi dal centro storico e le spiagge. Personale gentilissimo!
