Pros:

I've stayed here a number of times. Convenient location. As my flight arrives after 7.30pm & after checking into accomodation its after 8.30, it's great that in Palmer Street you can get a hot meal at one of the hotels as most of the restaurants have closed their kitchens!
It's very easy to use the after hours access system.

The location the rooms are awesome ☺️

Cons:

The only thing that we find all motels when there is something on that weekend that is huge they all jack their prices up which is unfair but it’s across the board.

Very disappointing property.

2 bedroom unit that sleeps 4.
3 coffee cups 1 wine glass 3 glass drinking cups not enough for all of us we had to go and buy our own.
Patio filthy with bird poo and rust from old aircon. Windows so dirty you can’t see out of them. tried to open windows all the screens ripped and filthy. Container full of cigarette butts on patio. Worst place we have ever stayed.

Good for families looking for self contained accomodation and needing extra space.
Pros:

Self contained, clean and good sized rooms. Undercover parking in front of your room. Had sufficient kitchen utensils and free wifi. Overall good value for money.

Cons:

Was a little dated, couches and beds weren't overly comfortable. Not a deal breaker but could do with some new furniture and some renovations to make it more modern and appealing.
