Pros:

Beds w were comfortable and in walking distance to restaurants

Cons:

Well the test coffee tray was not topped up. Not sure if they still leave until milk anymore, if not they could've said something when booking in

Don't bother - Better value elsewhere
Pros:

Location and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Our room needed a deep clean. Carpets were filthy, curtains hanging off track and marked, musty smell, bathroom had mould all through it, walls were badly marked, fridge was dirty. Just a waste of our money. We should state, our booking was through Park Regis, not the other company that manages rooms on-site.

Overnight stay. Single room. A small kitchenette would be helpful. Washing cups in bathroom sink not very hygienic.

I’m not fussy by any means but this was an overpriced disappointment.
Pros:

Good location. Easy check in.

Cons:

The room was nothing like the advertised photos (refurbished rooms)

It had a very unpleasant musty smell- we had to try and air the room out as much as possible. The aircon was very dirty and loud (chose not to use it thankfully it’s cooler weather).

The bed was not a queen- badly joined up singles that were uncomfortable. Room was right above the gate- which was very loud and got woken up every time it was opened.

The room needs a good clean to remove the musty smell, stains in the carpet and mould in the shower.

A good deep clean, and a bit of love to the room would easily make this a better stay and a higher score.

Overall it was an overpriced musty room which left me very disappointed. Only for the lack of another accomodation available did we stay both nights.

Limited cooking items for long term stays, needs maintenance repairs & a deep clean. Broken toilet seat, broken door in front of hot water system, TVs need updating.

Great location, but the room interiors are due for some investment.
Pros:

The location of the Hotel is great. Close to great restaurants and the Stadium. The parking is secure and the staff are very friendly.

Cons:

The beds are very uncomfortable and the room decor is out of date. If this was given a light freshen up it would make it a much more desirable hotel to return to.

Good location
Pros:

The hotel is located in a prime location, just a walk and restaurants and the water 🌊 is near. The room were cleaned. The hotel 🏨 looks nice from outside too. Secure parking available on site
