Mielismy pokój z pięknym widokiem na Wawel i Wisłę, widok bezcenny. Czysto i wygodnie. Obsluga w recepcji i na parkingu b.mila i zawsze skora do pomocy i odpowiedzi na szereg pytań.Drink powitalny w skybar - miła niespodzianka, Kelnerzy w skybar ok ale długo trwa obsługa. Pokoj 3osobowy raczej dla 2 dorosłych i dziecka, niż 3 dorosłych, bo fotel rozkładany mały i niezbyt wygodny, ale widok z okna robi cała robotę. Sniadania b.dobre, soki pyszne, obsluga pomocna. Podkładki na stolikach w restauracji brudne, poplamione i nie wymieniane na nowe niestety.
W pokoju w tv brak polskich programów, tylko tvn turbo i jeszcze zawiesza się.
Ogólnie wrażenia b.pozytywne :)

Das Zimmer war sehr unmodern, das Mobiliar alt und abgenutzt, es gab eine Baustelle direkt vor unserem Fenster, die bei Buchung nicht angezeigt war, wir haben in einen sehr, sehr kleinen Innenhof geschaut, der mit Bauschutt und anderen Sachen vollgestellt war; wir wurden bestohlen (Geld)

Byłam tam kolejny raz z uwagi na świetną lokalizację. Bardzo miły personel , ale śniadanie bardzo kiepskie i dopiero wtedy sobie przypomniałam dlaczego nie kupiłam w pakiecie, łóżko wygodne , czysto .

kiepskie śniadanie-zwłaszcza pieczywo i kawa. Wyjątkowo słabe oświetlenie w łazience-ciemności.

Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Krakau.
