A agua da piscina estava gelada

A entrada para os elevadores parece um estaleiro. O ar condicionado do quarto fazia imenso ruído
Dejligt sted med fint poolområde og rigtig god morgenmadsbuffet. Fine værelser og god restaurant, hvor man også kunne få mad sent og aftenen. Meget hjælpsomt og opmærksomt personale, som var nemme at kommunikere med. Hotellet ligger meget tæt på lufthavnen, hvilket er praktisk, til gengæld er der et stykke vej til centrum af byen, men vi gik derned flere gange, for der var hele tiden noget at kigge på og ellers kunne vi let og billigt tage en taxa. I området ved hotellet er der både restauranter, caféer og butikker. Bl.a. et kæmpe stort indkøbscenter med 11 etager samt en stor og flot park.
Alt var godt, det eneste vi savnede var muligheden for at åbne et vindue på værelset. Der var fint aircondition anlæg, så temperaturen var fin, men vi savnede at kunne lufte lidt ud om morgenen.

Bagno nuovissimo con la doccia - abbiamo soggiornato due notti , la mattina dopo la prima notte abbiamo trovato la stanza con i letti rifatti e gli asciugamani puliti ! Ci hanno omaggiato l’acqua ! Receptionist tutti molto gentili e disponibili. Hotel davvero elegante . C’erano tante famiglie con bambini ( non ho usufruito della colazione ) - l’hotel si trova in una zona business, tutta nuova - ci sono tanti nuovi hotel . In questa zona abbiamo trovato un bel posto tipico dove cenare e un buon posto per la colazione e un supermercato . La fermata della metro è vicina a 5 minuti a piedi . Per arrivare nella piazza del centro ci vogliono solo 6 fermate
Tutto perfetto
O quarto era confortável e espaçoso, perfeito para a estadia com os nossos filhos. O pequeno almoço era muito bom, com muita variedade. Apesar de estarem a decorrer obras no hotel, não se ouvia barulho nos quartos.
Zimmer und Lobby samt Restaurantbereich sind neu renoviert. Für ein Stadthotel schöner Poolbereich. Gutes Frühstück und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und im ganzen Haus. Strategisch günstige Lage für eine Zugfahrt nach Sintra oder dem Besuch des Zoo. U-Bahn in die Innenstadt in nicht mal 5 Gehminuten, daher alles gut zu erreichen. Im Umkreis mehrere Restaurants, aller Art sowie Supermarkt.
Im Hotel finden aktuell Renovierungsarbeiten statt, das wussten wir vorab und es gab keine Lärm- oder Staubbeeinträchtigungen dadurch, aber:
-die Klimaanlage funktionierte bei unserer Ankunft im gesamten 7. OG nicht, nach Reklamation an der Rezeption konnten wir das Zimmer zum Glück wechseln.
- einen Abend gab es kein Warmwasser zum Duschen als wir um 22:00 Uhr zurück ins Hotel kamen
- der Föhn im Bad schaltete sich ständig ab. Wir haben diesen tauschen lassen, leider war es beim nächsten Föhn genauso
Für den Preis erwarte ich eigentlich, dass alles funktioniert. An sich ist es nach der erfolgten Renovierung ein schönes Hotel mit allem was man benötigt. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle TOP.
Die Betten waren bequem. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.
Der Aussenbereich ist katastrophal, und ein Teil des Hotel ist noch reine Baustelle. Unser Zimmer war sehr dunkel und hatte nur ungefähr 1 Meter Fensterbreite, welches man nicht einmal öffnen konnte weil es abgeschlossen war. Die Klimaanlage und Lüftung waren sehr laut und gingen erst eine halbe Stunde nach ausschalten aus.
