Pros:

Relative good location and room was nice and big

Cons:

Price for dog was too expensive. 39€ per day. Some staff not very nice. And doing works in some parts of hotel.

Great place to stay, lovely breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful
Pros:

The rooms were decorated nicely

Cons:

There were some renovation works being done during the stay but this didn't pose too much of a problem.

Lo único bueno el personal
Pros:

Lo único que me gustó fue la amabilidad del personal, sobre todo los que tenían turno en el bufet del desayuno durante mi estancia, un 10 para ellos.

Ese es el motivo de no poner una puntuación menor.

Cons:

+ No se podía abrir la ventana y la habitación estaba llena de polvo, era insufrible ese olor...
+ Además la nevera no funcionaba y, respuesta que nos dio la chica de recepción (¿le habéis dado al botón de encendido?) , pues si, lo intentamos pero estaba rota. Nos cambiaron de habitación al solicitarlo.
+ El importe que cobran por la mascota es altísimo, por ese precio bien podían contratar a un adiestrador canino y consentir que se quedaran en la habitación.
+ Fuimos en Semana Santa e hizo mucho calor, con lo que estaba abierta la piscina, muy sucia también y si acababa de abrir, supuse que esa suciedad estaba desde la temporada de baño anterior.

Yo entiendo que el hotel está en obras, y que puede tener ciertas limitaciones de servicios y espacios, pero no se ofrece buen servicio al tenerlo abierto a toda costa. No da buena imagen.

Yo desde luego, no volveré ni tampoco se lo recomiendo a nadie.

As such there is nothing to dislike. They are doing renovation so it’s a bit inconvenient

L'hôtel est très bien placé et la chambre confortable.

Cons:

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes. Cependant, à notre arrivée, la chambre avait seulement été préparée pour 2 personnes. Nous avons dû relancer le personnel à deux reprises à ce sujet.
Il manquait également un sèche-cheveux dans la salle de bain. Nous avons appelé la réception à trois reprises via le téléphone mis à disposition dans la chambre, vers 21h30, mais nous n’avons obtenu aucune réponse, malgré la mention “réception ouverte 24h/24” indiquée sur Booking.

Pros:

Przyjechaliśmy dwie godziny przed oficjalnym zameldowaniem, nasz pokój był już gotowy więc dostaliśmy klucze przed czasem, bardzo miły gest ze strony hotelu.

Cons:

W hotelu trwa remont i w wyniku czasowego wyłączenia prądu w nocy nie udało się go przywrócić do popołudnia.
W pokoju nie działała wentylacja, nie było prądu oraz ciepłej wody.

Po zgłoszeniu reklamacji hotel zwrócił koszt pobytu jednej nocy, co również uważam za duży plus i uczciwą rekompensatę

letto molto comodo, colazione ottima sia per il dolce che per il salato, staff cordiale

Cons:

cattivo odore nel bagno, finestra della camera non apribile per far circolare aria quindi dopo qualche giorno in camera resta odore di chiuso, reception di accoglienza al piano terra molto brutta

Era todo perfecto hasta que llegué por la noche, se cortó la luz según subía en el ascensor, y casi me quedé encerrado,
Pros:

Estaba todo perfecto, salvo recepción que estaba de obras

Cons:

La decoración de las habitaciones genial.
Y el personal súper atento incluso teniendo en cuenta que vivieron una situación complicada, que ahora contaré.
