We would like to inform you that renovation work is planned from February 17, 2025 to April 14, 2025.
The breakfast buffet will not be available from February 17, 2025 to 31st of March 2025.
All our rooms will be equipped with a coffee machine and a kettle. In addition to the drinks offered in the room, we are pleased to offer our guests a selection including a fruit juice and pastries.
The Beauvau bar, with its breathtaking view of the Old Port, is open to everyone, every day, from 6:30 am to midnight.
A security deposit of €100 is required upon arrival. This must be paid by credit card. The deposit will be refunded on the day of your departure. The full amount will be refunded to your credit card, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

The location was just perfect as we had such a lovely view of the Old Port. We were also very close to many restaurants, shops & cafes.
The staff were very friendly & helpful. We had issues with an upcoming flight which they helped us with.
Breakfast was also a hit with us- good variety & again beautiful views

The welcoming staff from the moment we arrived! We were greeted by Brenda and a young boy, Liam who was at the hotel doing a work experience. I was so impressed with the way Brenda was guiding and teaching Liam. His check in was the best we have ever had! Thank you! Location was excellent, very central.

Air conditioning not working properly. No shower, only a bath tub (!?). Poor housekeeping: empty soap not replaced for two days; empty minibar filled after complaining with two bottles of water, one of which was open and half empty (!!); the floor mat in the bathroom was taken and not replaced…
If you are driving your own car, you will not be able to reach the entrance, which is in an area closed to cars.
The view from our room was incredible, looking over the port. The room was really clean and beautifully decorated. Staff were super friendly and the breakfast was fantastic.
The air con wasn’t great and didn’t really cool down the room, plus the fridge wasn’t cold. But the staff did bring us up a fan for the room which really helped. This would really only be an issue in the hotter months.

HIstoric hotel, fantastic location, great view of the Vieux Port. Thoughtfully appointed to reflect this venerable hotel that has been here for some 200 years. Despite location, it's quiet--even more quiet in an interior room. The rooms with view do get a bit noisy when the Vieux Port area is lively in the evening. But it's not unreasonable.
The old-fashioned style of shower wand in a bathtub with no permanent place to attach it for a standup shower is challenging, and it's hard not to get water all over the bathroom. However, the second, interior room that we booked did not have this style of shower so was more convenient.
We paid over €200 for the room, but it felt overpriced. It was quite dark and the window looked out onto basically nothing. The value for money just wasn’t there.
Location is outstanding, the room was very comfortable, and the staff at both the reception and breakfast areas were truly exceptional. A highly recommended choice for anyone wishing to stay right in the heart of the city.

A bit noisy at night, however it was manageable.
The room, the location, the view . . . all of it! Beautiful hotel. The oldest in Marseille and kept up so well. The breakfast was delicious and you looked right over the harbor. Loved it! The staff, too, was extra wonderful.
It was expensive, but I knew that going in. If/when I'm in Marseilles again, I will definitely go back.
