Cons:

The room my wife and I stayed in, rm. 425, was presented as a disabled accessible room. part of it was accessible but the most important part, the bathroom was absolutely not wheelchair or walker accessible. I feel that the room we were given was a blatant misrepresentation. Not Happy.

Great Value and comfortable
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and very friendly staff. On site sports bar is really good.

Cons:

Calgary is a big city, worth checking around for what you want to visit. Location was good for us, but far from a few things.

Resonable and Delightful Stay
Pros:

Liked the room layout; TV in bedroom AND living room was a plus. Located across the street from 3 fast food places, gas station and other eating places as well as attached to Dennys was helpful. Coffee and Tea available was nice. Staff was terrific especially Joseph!

Cons:

no streaming availabe on TV, and almost no movies to watch on TV.

Overall the stay was okay, the staff were friendly
Cons:

The elevator was not working properly, I would push #2 and end up on #3 in a few occasions. They made me wonder if they were going to quit working.
The door to our room felt heavy, I had to push hard to open it.

A good solid 2 night stay in Calgary, in a good location.
Pros:

Good location next to the trans Canada and close to the ring road. There was a Denny’s in the hotel so meals were convenient.

Cons:

The price was a fair bit higher than similar hotels in Calgary. The air conditioner was noisy.

We enjoyed our stay overall
Pros:

There was no breakfast offered. We were upgraded to a suite which was a nice surprise

Very nice hotel!
Pros:

Very nice room. Up to date and had what we needed. Liked the proximity to a gas station and some restaurants.

Location was good

Cons:

The new renovations were done very poorly. The bathroom door was too large for the opening so wasn't able to fully close.
The double doors didn't close as they also were also too large etc...

Beautifully Renovated hotel. Nice rooms and beds, nice location for going to Callaway Park or The Olympic Park!
Pros:

Rooms seem very new and nice! Amazing beds.

Cons:

Wish there was a stairwell close to lobby, maybe I just couldn’t find it.
