It was so nice ! Very spacious, it is definitely worth the price, which wasn’t a price shock at all ! We loved it ! Our second time staying here, and more than likely will be our “forever” home away from home when we come to Gettysburg. We also adore the movie theater on site as well (recliners and heated seats all in one 😊😊😊) . Gym was also nice to have whenever I wanted to go as well

Bait and switch, they advertise on their web site offering a full American Breakfast. upon check in was told they have 3 restaurants to choose from, but no breakfast is offered with a nights stay. For a room coasting over$230 per night, this is a total rip off of the paying guests. Wyndham, shame on You!,

The location that I needed was good but the premise was dated and needs more upkeep

Easy location to find.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights- June 13 and June 14th. First night ( Sat.) cost was $195 a night. After being out all day touring, we come back to find that we did not have air conditioning. Maintenance came up to fix it but it was unfixable. So on the 13th at approx. 9:00 pm, my husband and maintenance man went to front desk. They said they would move us to a new room and comp us for that one night. We said okay, so we packed up our stuff and made several trips to the new room at 9:40 pm.
The next day, the front desk said they would only comp us for $103 because we booked thru Expedia . I tried to contact Expedia but to no avail. I tried to talk again to front desk the next day and they said that they have no record of any kind of compensation promise. This was a first and last time we will stay at that hotel! We are waiting for The Wyndham to “ do the right thing” and contact us with the compensation they promised. It seems only fitting given what we went thru. It was truly an awful experience!!

The hotel was great, and we were very pleased with the King room we stayed in.
We also had dinner at the hotel's OAK restaurant. However, I would not recommend ordering a Bloody Mary. When our waitress brought our drinks, I noticed that mine didn't come with a stirrer, which wasn't a big issue. More concerning was that the drink had NO ICE at all. The Bloody Mary was extremely thick and unpleasant—undrinkable. I ended up sending it back.

Wyndham Gettysburg &Conference Center Canceled my reservation. The front desk chose to cancel my reservation. It was my first time to the area and a long drive with kids.

Friendly staff, hotel was clean with a nice restaurant.

My husband and I have never been more disappointed in a hotel, and we travel a fair amount in the US and other countries. This time, we were on a road trip from New Hampshire to North Carolina, and we stayed at three different hotels along the way. We had stayed at a Wyndham before in California we really liked in the past. This particular hotel looks like it was really nice at one time, but now, is and has been neglected. The beautiful presidential looking carpet in the hallway had a two foot long rip in it. The grout in our room's bathroom was discolored like no one bothered to steam clean or bleach it. The chair and ottoman in our room were both stained. I didn't sit or put my luggage down on them. There was no hair dryer. The soap and shampoo bottles were smaller than sample sizes you buy at the grocery store, and there was no bar soap to wash your hands with. When we called the hotel operator to get more soap, a pre-teen boy brought up an assortment tiny bottles. Our room window looked out over a roof, and directly to our left was another room's window allowing visitors to see into each other's rooms if the curtains were opened to let light in. There was no complimentary breakfast or even coffee in the lobby, and the dinner on the property did not service beer or wine which we like to have with our dinner, and when we walked in, there were about seven couples waiting in line to pay. One couple just walked out after waiting for someone to cash them out. We ended up going to another restaurant in town. The kicker is, all of this would have been tolerable if this wasn't the most expensive hotel ($75.00 more) that we stayed at on our entire trip. We will never stay at a Wyndham again. June 2026
