Perfectly centrally located- only 15 min walk to the Cliff Walk, or 10min to the harbor. Or can take a free shuttle just 1 block from the Inn. Parking on site was very helpful. Inn was quiet and short distance away from the busy downtown. The outside deck was wonderful in the evening on a very hot day, and we enjoyed a game of cards.

Lovely Inn. We stayed in the snuggey room which was perfect for our 4 night stay. Spotlessly clean. Bed very comfortable. Lovely decking and garden where you can sit and have continental breakfast provided. Friendly hosts. Ideal position to explore Newport on foot. Would highly recommend.
My favorite place in Newport! Great location, peaceful garden, great staff, beautiful rooms, breakfast with the best pastries. We stayed in 2 different rooms which were both beautiful, very clean with clean bedding, robes and towels. Nicely decorated rooms, also nicely decorated common areas. If you are looking for a decent accommodation in Newport, this is the place. We loved it and will be back!

It was a beautiful home in a great location. Unfortunately we were not able to spend much time there. But we really enjoyed the breakfast and the free candy bar!
