Pool was a lot of fun and the staff were super nice, also like that you can drive up to drop off bags.
The room was dirty. There was still water in the ice bucket, the tub wouldn’t drain and they wouldn’t fix it after being told about it. The sink was also still dirty.
Staff member that checked me in was extremely kind and polite. Room was clean.
TV wasn't working great, slightly outdated building but no big concerns

Staff in lobby were unfriendly. And you had to ring a bell to get staff to even come to the lobby.
Breakfast was awful with little choice, eg. Only fruit was oranges and items were not monitored, eg. Had to ask for the milk jug to be refilled.

The washroom walls were peeling and the shower/tub was not working at all. Difficult to find a working plug. Elevators went down. I stay here yearly and a pretty obvious decline.
Breakfast was good
The interior Smell like sweat and the shower was not clean enough. There was an orange ring around the drain

A bit difficult to get into but once figured out it was great!
The evening staff at the front desk was very helpful and kind
The pool/hot tub area was extremely small for the amount of people that were there. There was no staff to supervise the behaviour of the people there. Kids were running and jumping, people were propping the door open to go outside to smoke/drink. People were staying in the hot tub way longer than 15 mins. Very unsafe. It was extremely crowded , as was the breakfast area.
