Perfect location for dining at Frascaa, wonderful ambiance, beautiful common areas, excellent Friday AM breakfast. Major plus, as a B&B uintgends to do, had lively interaction with other guests at Happy Hour and Breakfast
Beds aren't the best, could use an upgrade. Having to pay for Parking on site is a little much, espcially when it is no more secure than parking on the street.
The inn is a restored old house with a large gathering space with comfortable seating and fireplace. My queen room was large with high ceilings and AC unit. The staff were very friendly and helpful when I had a scheduling issue. The included breakfast was lovely and the location right off Pearl Street is fantastic for walking to shops, lunch, etc. I definitely will stay again.

It’s beautiful! The rooms & beds were comfortable, staff was very accommodating, breakfast was delicious, happy hour amazing! We parked our car & walked to everything for the 3 days we were there! We sat in our pjs part of one day and put a beautiful puzzle together in the great room. Played lots of games of scrabble, met some other lovely guests staying there. We enjoyed every moment we were there & will definitely be back!

The inn is elegant, clean, with very friendly staff to welcome you. The room was very spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again! Our favorite coffee spot was Laughing Goat, which is just around the corner - highly recommended to coffee lovers.
It was disappointing that parking on premises isn't free ($25 per day + fees for us). Considering the cost of the inn, which was worth it, the additional cost was frustrating.
The Bradley served a delicious light continental style breakfast - with fresh fruit, granola, and yogurt, breakfast pastries, muffins, and tasty coffee in abundance.

The location is ideal for downtown Boulder - yet it's tranquil, spacious, and comfy on a grand scale.
Our AC was not working correctly, luckily it wasn't terribly hot.
Bonus points next time for in-room safe, and small refrigerator.
Perfect location just off of Pearl Street Mall. We felt very at home and comfortable. The living room area with fireplace, plush seating and a game table set up was so nice.
It’s a quaint Inn in a perfect location downtown Boulder. It’s very safe and comfortable with a nice lounge area to relax. The breakfast is tasty!
The happy hour could be a bit more upscale with better quality products & more variety but the wine was good.
Location was great. Walk to anything you want or need. Breakfast was delicious and the options were terrific. Staff, the best!

The staff was great!
The room was exceptionally clean, with a comfortable bed and many amenities. The property had tea/coffee service, a happy hour and wonderful breakfast. We felt very welcome and well fed. The location is perfect and close to everything.
Our only issue was the AC was really loud and we could not sleep with it on. There was a fan so we used this instead.
We also felt the parking cost was high.
