I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The place was very clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was amazing from the moment I arrived. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help.
A special thanks to Enjy Adel for the outstanding hospitality and excellent service. She was kind, attentive, and made my stay even more enjoyable. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly reflect the high quality of the hotel.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a welcoming experience. I will definitely visit again
Our stay at this hotel in Egypt was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we checked in, everything was disorganized and disappointing.
The air conditioner in our room was completely broken, and despite repeatedly calling reception, it took almost 2 hours just to change our room. After a long day of travel, this was absolutely unacceptable.
None of the outdoor pools were heated, and even the indoor pool was not working at all. This felt very misleading.
The guest relations representative, was extremely unprofessional and unable to handle even basic guest concerns properly. Unfortunately, the same applies to the front desk manager, who showed no real interest in resolving issues or improving the situation.
The hygiene standards of some staff members also need serious improvement. On top of that, the hotel was overcrowded and clearly unprepared to deal with the number of guests. The staff seemed poorly trained, overwhelmed, and unable to manage complaints or provide proper service.
Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.
The staff is truly friendly and professional. It was my birthday and (Mirate) set a surprise for me bringing an amazing cake. They made my day better. Definitely not the last stay.

I've never seen such a great service in a hotel before... very professional.. very sweet... Thank you Injy for making everything smooth for us.. Truly one of the best hotels in Egypt..and the beach is magical!!!

هذا الفندق له سحر خاص ولذلك لى زيارتان له كل عام على الأقل البحر فى هذا الخليج اكثر من رائع والغرف جميله وجميع العاملين ودوده
كررت اكثر من مره بأن جودة الطعام ليست على مستوى جيد ويجب الاهتمام بأنواع الدهون المستخدمه وان يكون هناك مراجعه للحفظ والتخزين وليس من المهم وجود أصناف كثيره من الطعام دون مذاق جيد او تسبب مشاكل صحية
Despite that we didn't like our stay as an overall experience, but here ate things we liked as a family:
- Front desk amazing experience and thanks to Mr Ihab and Ms. Mirrette for all their efforts to recover us during check out
- Beach team specially AbdulAzim who was very friendly and supportive

- Beach was amazing and very nicely prepared for guests
- Pools were very nice and clean
- Location is amazing and close to the city
- Clinic team is very professional and they supported us big time during our stay
We are regular Jaz customers, and frankly speeking we were totally shocked with the level training of F&B team. It is a shame that such unfriendly behaviors from couple of team members can ruin an overall experience. The restaurant team made us feel totally unwelcomed and felt like we are begging food or help, even a simple silverware request is argued with us by one pf their supervisors that we didn't request it properly, it felt very strange to come to Jaz to be taught lessons about how to request help from the staff in the restaurant 😃
Adding to this that the breakfast is so bad and we could spot some items not being served fresh in the same day specially the bakeries.
We will never be back to Jaz Almaza and highly do not recommend it.
