Amazing service from every member of the staff—they truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, valued, and comfortable. We were fortunate to receive an upgrade to a family room, which was conveniently located close to all the amenities and made our stay as a family of four even more enjoyable.

The beach is absolutely stunning—the best I’ve ever been to. Our three-year-old was entertained throughout our stay, whether he was at the beach, in the pool, or joining in with the entertainment team. He had an amazing time, and so did we!

Will I come back? Obviously :)

Perfect distenation for family summer
Pros:

This resort is amazing for vacation, enjoying crystal clear water, white sand beach and varieties of restaurants. The staff is amazing, very welcome and big shout to Enjy from customer service, she is amazing

Cons:

Sometimes the staff on the beach treat Egyptian different than foreigners. Although I’m not, but it’s ok, it is not a big deal

JAZ hotel, needs to be renovated, rooms are same since my last visit 8yrs ago. Upgrade rooms. Expensive, chips are 2 Euros in mini bar.

The staff worked diligently to keep the hotel and grounds clean. They were very helpful and professional in their interactions with the guests. Breakfast was great.

Simply the Best beach in Egypt
Pros:

Everything was Perfect from the check-in to the amazing amazing amazing beach, the breakfast buffet is awesome, except for a very minor issue during check-out with the front office it could have easily earned a 10.

Cons:

they should have more bellmen to accommodate for the guests .. we needed to call more than 3 times during our check-out for someone to come and help with the luggage ... also the bathroom amenities were a little bit poor for a hotel of this standard.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The place was very clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was amazing from the moment I arrived. The staff were extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help.

A special thanks to Enjy Adel for the outstanding hospitality and excellent service. She was kind, attentive, and made my stay even more enjoyable. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly reflect the high quality of the hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a welcoming experience. I will definitely visit again

The staff is truly friendly and professional. It was my birthday and (Mirate) set a surprise for me bringing an amazing cake. They made my day better. Definitely not the last stay.
