Can't thank enough for the excellent service of the staff from bottom to top
Pros:

Breakfast was great, lots of options.
And the staff was amazing. Mr.Biswajit, Trishna, Ashraf, Joseph and many more individuals that made this place a remarkable place.
Also my heart goes to the wonderful security staff who made the first impression a best one :)

Cons:

The dinner options were not that great, Maybe something to look at.

Great hotel and location. Best hotel for short stays and especially for business.
Pros:

Amazing breakfast. Great Selection and quality of ingredients. Trishna, Mawii and Joseph are the stars of the restaurant. Thank you for the beautiful service. Check in was fast and Bhavya is an increadible receptionist. Everyone is friendly abd welcoming, always happy to assist you in anything.

Our Vacation at t Hyatt Centric, Bangalore
Pros:

Altogether it was really a comfortable, pleasant and great stay / vacation for us.
All the staff - the gate-security , front desk, restaurant and also the house keeping ,all found to be very co-operative and supportive .

Cons:

The maintenance work going on near the gate/entrance affected the buty of the hotel on our arrival , the first impression and also created some traffic congestion!!! .

Great experience, I can sta with family here… again. Kudos to the staff.
Pros:

The property is clean and well maintained. The staff is really polite and highly cooperative. They take care of you in all aspects. The rooms are cozy, lobby is comfortable and calm. Bathroom is clean with, bedsheets are spotless. Minibar - I haven’t seen such a well stocked-up minibar in any hotel I’ve stayed. The prices for minibar seem justified. Spa services were great and well.

Cons:

The food - although there was variety and all food items looked great, fresh and appealing, but as soon as you taste the food, the taste doesn’t meet the expectations. Rooms, especially bathrooms could be more spacious - some areas feel cramped. Guests availing room service should be advised to let the concerned know that they have eaten - the leftover food/utensils stay outside the rooms which spoils the beautifully maintained pathways between the rooms.

Stay was okay, but stressful with the constant follow up

Cons:

Capacity deficit in service staff, didn’t see any supportive supervision and faulty equipment in the room. On day one the check in was smooth and was told that my luggage will be delivered to the room and we could call the reception if we needed anything. Luggage didn’t arrive and the phone was not working, so had to personally go down to get my luggage. Our phone and tv in the room malfunctioned every single day of our stay there.
In the restaurant, it was difficult to even find someone who understood what was lactose intolerance, forget about having an option for lactose free desserts. Certainly didn’t expect this from a 5 star property and that too Hyatt.

Great value for price
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, the facilities also amazing with very helful and nice staff, the rooms comfortable and new. Would definitely stay again here if I was in Bangalore

Cons:

The rooms are a little small. The location is great but it can be caotic to come and go if there are traffic jams.
