Friendly staff and good location. Requires updating.
Pros:

Great breakfast and good location. Staff were lovely in all departments.

Cons:

The property is generally tired and in need of renovation. This was across the board from the rooms, Spa and pools.

Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen, auf jeden Fall nicht für den Preis.
Pros:

Die Lage, die Terrasse, der Pool und das Frühstück, direkte Busverbindung in die Stadt, alle 15 Minuten. Das war gut

Cons:

Die Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberkeit lässt bei 4 Sterne zu wünschen übrig. Überall Haare von anderen Leute auch in den frischen Handtüchern. Alle Strände komplett vermüllt, hier kann das Hotel aber nichts.

Wir hatten Meerblick im 4 .Stock.
Eine schöne Terasse zum Essen.
Frisches Essen wurde immer nachgebracht.

Widok z balkonu pierwsza klasa.
Obsługa hotelu pierwsza klasa
Łóżko bardzo duże i wygodne.
Śniadania dobre chodź powtarzalne.

Cons:

Kawa śniadaniowa do wymiany.
Klimatyzacja na najwyższym poziomie trochę dawała o sobie znać i wieczorem niestety trzeba było zmniejszyć moc aby można było się wyspać.

Best place to stay at an absolute amazing city. Great for short or long breaks
Pros:

Great place to stay as clean, friendly, excellent choice at breakfasts, very friendly staff and superb location in relation to transport, walks, beaches and restaurant. Just at the right location to be near but not into the hustle and bustle of the Old Town.
Bus stops right in front of the hotel either way as a direct line to the old town.

Cons:

Nothing to mention in particulate other then the building work of the new next door hotel / apartments though it wasn’t very disturbing at all.

It served well it's purpose
Pros:

Forest behind the hotel, sea on the other side. Sauna is very welcome. Also the offer of local food.

Cons:

It was a noisy engine around, probably from the climate system. They are significantly more silent engines.

Hotel Uvala, Dubrovnik - 100% recommend!
Pros:

The entire staff were a credit to the hotel. The reception staff were pro-active, helpful and knowledgeable. Special mention to Zlata and Petar. The cleaners were friendly and cheerful, always shouting good morning down the corridor when we went for breakfast. The bar and dining area staff were attentive and professional. The room size was bigger than expected with fantastic sea views. Our bathroom tap broke and was fixed within an hour of me reporting it. Great location too. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Cons:

The air con was not as cold as I would have liked but it was workable. The towels were changed every day which some people may like but it's not great for the environment. Most hotels give the option of leaving the towels on the floor if you want them changed. Lastly, the fridge was a little like the air con, just about workable. It kept drinks slightly cool as opposed to properly chilled.

Pros:

Nagyon kényelmes, jól felszerelt szálloda, kedves és figyelmes személyzettel.Reggeli nagyjából minden nap ugyanaz, de bőséges a választék és finom minden. Tengerre és medencére néző kilátás volt a szobánkból, gyönyörű a kilátás a Lapad öbölre.

Cons:

A szálloda közvetlen szomszédßágában az új szálloda építése zajlik, ami időnként kellemetlen zajokkal jár.
