The Bathroom is very outdated.

Cons:

I had the forest view room and woke up and every morning to a bunch army ants and the air conditioning didn’t work well and and the room was stuffy. The pool area was very nice and the Dinner BBQ was good.

Pros:

El trato del personal fue excelente. Está en una zona muy tranquila de la ciudad, con posibilidad de baño en una zona preciosa. Está alejado del centro, pero la parada de autobús está en la puerta del hotel, pasa cada 15 minutos y no tarda más de 20 minutos en llegar a Pile Gate (old town).

Le petit déjeuner était bien
La piscine manque un peu d'entretien ainsi que le spa.

Pros:

It is close to the sea. The bed was comfortable and clean, and so was the pool. Very nice view from my room.

There was a bad smell in my room (possibly from cooking) and the water kept switching between hot and cold while I was taking a shower

We were disappointed.
Cons:

It smells really bad in one of our rooms unfortunately, being just above the kitchen i guess.
The drain in the shower was blocked. We didn’t have any shampoo and it seemed very complicated to obtain some. I dont think this hotel should qualify 4 stars unfortunately.

Чудовий відпочинок з видом на море
Pros:

Гарне розташування, вид на море був з тобою мокру, також вид на море у готелі з ресторану та басейну
Поруч пляж, набережна
В готелі хороша СПА зона, прибирали кожного дня номер, чисто
В ресторані були фрукти, єдине, що напої деякі оплатні
Ми провели чудовий час в готелі

Ванна, бажано б її трохи апгрейдити
Хотілось би більш сучасний варіант
А так все добре
