מלון נעים מאוד! נשמח להתארח שוב
Pros:

מלון במיקום נוח, החדר היה נקי נעים נוח.
קרוב לבנייני האומה, ולרכבת הקלה.
קבלת פנים נחמדה . בבוקר הציעו לנו קפה ועוגה לפני שנצא לטייל ובצ׳ק אאוט היו מאוד אדיבים והציעו לנו מים, קרח לדעתך

הצוות מקסים ושירותי ונענו לכל הבקשות שלנו. החדרים נוחים ונקיים והמיקום מושלם ביחס למה שרצינו: מרחק הליכה מהספרייה הלאומית, הכנסת ומוזיאון ישראל. בנוסף קו הרכבת הקלה למחנה יהודה עובר ממש בסמוך. מושלם.

חסרה גישה למרפסות הקומה הקיימות כפינות עישון , מאחר ואין חדרים עם מרפסות נאלצים לרדת למטה חשופים לפגעי מזג האוויר או בפתח המלון , שווה לתחזק מרפסות לטובת נוחות הלקוחות המעשנים (גם הם משלמים 😉)

חדרנית נכנסה פתאום לחדר מבלי שביקשנו או דרשנו משהו הדלת נפתחה למזלנו היינו לבושים ונדהמנו מפתיחת הדלת היא באה עם מגבות זה פעם ראשונה שנתקלתי בזה היא עובדת זרה נראה לי אבל בכל זאת

מהרגע הראשון שהגענו בקבלה העובדים מקבלים בסבר פנים יפות ונותנים הרגשה נעימה, החדר מאוד נעים מריח טוב היה בו הכל,לא היה חסר כלום!
התקשרו לברך אותך על ההגעה למלון ושאלו אם הכל בסדר
הכל נגיש וחופשי יש חדר גיהוץ בכל קומה.
מיקום מושלם קרוב להכל וגם רחוק מכל ההמולה.
קרוב מאוד לתחנת רכבת הקלה קרית משה,3 תחנות מהשוק מחנה יהודה ובערך 6 משדרות ממילא והכותל.
שהייה מוצלחת בהחלט נחזור שוב מומלץ בחום!!

המצעים היו מלוכלכים באיפור של שוהה קודמת וכאשר התקשרתי לבקש שיבואו להחליף את המצעים לא היה מענה-לא בקבלה ולא באף עמדה. היחדים שענו היו בביטחון וגם הם העבירו אותי לקבלה שלא היה מענה. אני בסוף ישנתי עם הצעיף שלי במיטה

אורחים חוזרים במלון..
הפעם התארחנו בראש השנה ונהנינו מהפקה מקצועית ומרשימה של האירוח. הכול התנהל באופן מסודר ומתוקתק, וחשבו על כל פרט: כבר בצ׳ק-אין חילקו פולדר מהודר עם תוכנייה מפורטת לחג, מזוודות שונעו לחדרים על ידי איש צוות, עוגות עוגיות ושתיה עמדו לרשות האורחים מהרגע הראשון. החדרים והמלון נקיים ומסודרים. הטלוויזיה הטובה ביותר שראינו במלונות בארץ (בגודל ובערוצים). השירות היה מצויין – מהקבלה, דרך אנשי השירות בחדרים, בחדר האוכל, המנהלים, וכמובן המשגיח (חנן) שדאג במסירות לכל צורכי החג. חוויה מהנה ביותר!
