Cet hôtel ne mérite nullement ses 4 étoiles.

Un pseudo hôtel 4 étoiles certes pourvu d’une piscine sur le toit en revanche prestations nullement à la hauteur du standing prévu. Je m’explique photos non conformes par rapport à booking prises de courant quasi non existantes derrière les lits et non conformes, vmc ne fonctionnant pas, eau de la douche qui ne s’évacue pas, climatisation HS une jeune et gentille réceptionniste s’est proposée de nous apporter deux ventilo seul hic…pb de tensions un seul n’a pu fonctionner la nuit car le bouton de la lumière d’entrée commandait aussi le ventilo pourtant branché sur une prise secteur avec deux triplites assez ahurissant pour un établissement de ce soit disant standing…et il m’a été dit à l’accueil que le bâtiment était archaïque et en gros de s’en accommoder…Obligé d’insister pour être reloger pour la seconde nuit car a priori toutes les chambres étaient occupées sinon nous n’aurions rien eu. La seconde nuit loges au premier étage, tjrs pb de vmc et eau sdb ne s’évacuant pas, seul étage au passage ou les climatisations fonctionnaient et neuves alors que l’établissement dispose de 4 étages… a revoir le prix des chambres car aucune compensation ne nous a été proposée pour ce gros désagrément…

Hotel pratique au cœur de Funchal
Pros:

Hôtel pratique traditionnel, situé au centre de Funchal. Il dispose d’un parking facile d’accès et d’une petite piscine sur le toit panoramique avec une jolie vue sur la ville.
Toutes les commodités standards pour un séjour de courte durée

La chambre à trois lits est un peu étroite.

Somente a localização para quem quer ficar no centro do Funchal

Cons:

Do restante. Péssimo em conforto. Antiguidade das camas. Casa de banho pouco funcional.Má Insonorização. Pequeno almoço deplorável. Não recomendo a ninguém.

die 4 Sterne sind nicht gerechtfertigt
Pros:

Die Lage in der Innenstadt von Funchal ist gut. Der Parkplatz am Hotel war auch gut und die Freundlichkeit der Dame an der Rezeption war wirklich top und sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, Ausstattung älterer Standard, durchgelegene Betten.
Fußboden im Bad echt schmutzig, überall Haare.
Frühstück nicht besonders, 1 Salzstreuer für alle Gäste.
