Avoid if you seek comfort and peace

Location was great and the apartment was very clean

Cons:

Extremely noisy (welcome gift was ear plugs!!!). The room was never cleaned and we stayed for 5 nights. Towels etc never changed. Very bad value for money

Pros:

Que queda cerca de la Gran Vía. Nos encantó el detalle de la bolsa de tela con las 2 botellas con agua. Y lo bien equipada que estaba la cocina.

Cons:

En el desayuno el jugo de naranja no era natural. La habitación que nos tocó daba a la calle y el ruido a altas horas de la noche hizo difícil el poder dormir.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt,man ist in 5min auf der grand via, kleine Supermärkte sind in 5min erreichbar, zu der metro ist es ein Katzensprung. Das zimmer ist relativ groß und gut aufgeteilt.

Location is superb, no facilities apart from vending machine and bag lockers. Room is huge and the kitchenette is well equipped.

Cons:

Steps at front door is tiresome after a long day out in Madrid's summer. Mattress is old and springs are worn out. No windows except one at roof level and skylights are fine.

Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis mit exzellenter Lage!

Sehr einfacher check-in und die Lage war super!

Cons:

Leider hatte die Dusche zahlreiche Stockflecken. Und das Bügeleisen lief aus und hat alles vollgetropft.
