Room and bed comfortable. Furniture outdated and tired. location for what we wanted to do was good.
Room overlooked busy road so was noisy Bedside lights had not been plugged in - had to ask reception to get it done second time of using card key it did'nt work had to get another one. On departure at 7.30am no-one at reception just cleaner hoovering the front door carpet!!

Close to the city centre and staff are brilliant.
The bedroom was old and the floors were so creaky upstairs guests kept us awake and then woke us the next morning. We were on the side of the hotel that has a very busy road and with single pane windows this makes it hard to get to sleep anyway. No blackout curtains either. Will probably not go again

The lift made quite a few concerning noises, in the bathroom there was black stains around the bath, and just be careful with the glass on the furniture as it’s not stuck down or rubber pads aren’t used so it’s very easily moved!!

Das Hotel ist ganz gut erreichbar. Besonders, wenn man dann eine Fähre zu erreichen hat, ist es gut. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer für 5, was ganz gut war. Insgesamt ist es für die eine Nacht, die wir dort waren volkommen in Ordnung gewesen.
Die Lage ist etwas abseits der belebten Bereiche, aber mitcetwas Fußweg geht auch das. Der Pool ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Auch der Rest des Hotels, aber beim Pool fiel es doch sehr auf. Aber, um sich mal kurz zu erftidchen war auch das okay.

The hotel is very dated I stayed there nearly 30 years ago it's hardly changed it's a bit tired. The cleaning staff didn't even enter the room the second day, I think I would rather pay more money and stay elsewhere.
