Good value Plymouth stay
Pros:

Good location for Plymouth centre, Theatre Royal Plymouth was a short walk away.

Parking on site.

Very helpful staff, everyone was friendly and professional.

Breakfast was enjoyable and good value.

Cons:

The first room we had was noisy as it faced into a courtyard of AC units but we were given an alternative when asked, so full marks to the reception team.

Pros:

Potentially beautiful hotel but sadly really tired. Lovely building but everything needs to be refreshed and refurbished, which I understand from staff, is scheduled.

Cons:

The spa was not as advertised in photos. Really tired. Not luxury in any sense. Everything needs replacing. I tried the pool but it didn’t feel clean at all and the sauna wasn’t hot enough and benches were slimy. Steam room was out of order. Cheap picnic furniture stacked around the sides. Poor lighting and no decor. Shower’s were shabby and unappealing. All in all, we left quickly and didn’t enjoy at all.

Pros:

Great location in Plymouth, easy to find and park and clean, spacious family room. Staff were helpful and we even used the pool. Refreshing temperature haha but clean and well staffed

Loved every minute of our stay so cosy hotel had a great feel would definitely stay there again

This hotel truly has it all cozy vibes, very clean facilities, and a staff that goes above and beyond. Plus the breakfast was absolutely delicious every single morning. Can't wait for our next visit!
