Het ligt er heel mooi.

Cons:

Het is verouderd, zeker het restaurant gedeelte. Het heeft allemaal een versleten uitstraling. Een grondige verbouwing zou een goed idee zijn. En een groot deel van het personeel op hospitality training.

In half jaar tijd sterk achteruit gegaan, voorlopig ons laatste bezoek
Pros:

Goed bed met prima matrassen en lekkere douche die ver genoeg omhoog kan met harde straal. Kamer met balkon dus openslaande deur, maar dat spreekt voor zich want dit hadden we ook zo geboekt. Uitstekende wifi.

Cons:

Ten opzichte van 6maanden geleden is de prijs voor dezelfde kamer met 25% omhooggegaan. Tegelijkertijd is helaas de service en algehele indruk recht evenredig onderuit gegaan. Alle goede bedoelingen van de dame in kwestie achter de frontdesk ten spijt maar ik vindt het niet kunnen dat er op zo’n plek nog geen woord Nederlands gewisseld kan worden. Avondeten was ok maar zeker niet bijzonder en het ontbijt was ronduit bedroevend. Alles low budget en gedurende het hele ontbijt waren er constant dingen op en werden veelal op verzoek pas weer aangevuld. Met nog geen 50% bezetting zegt dit denk ik genoeg.

Fijn, zou hier zeker weer boeken.
Pros:

Ruime kamer met koffieapparaat, goed ontbijt met ruime keuze, mooie gemeenschappelijke ruimtes, parkeren bij het hotel. En op loopafstand van het centrum en Paleis het Loo.

Cons:

Ik vond de kamer somber aandoen met het donkere hout en grijze behang. Het zou wat vrolijker mogen met wat meer kleur. Maar alles was aanwezig en schoon dus prima.

Cons:

Hotel en kamer waren erg warm. Airco op de kamer kon niet lager dan 19 graden. Erg warm om te slapen.
Ontbijt was slecht geregeld. Tekort aan brood en boter / geen borden. Tekort aan theeglazen waardoor deze van je tafel gehaald werden terwijl je ze nog nodig had. Onvriendelijk.

Locatie was goed. Comfort van de kamer was redelijk, zou goed scoren indien een paar van de hieronder genoemde gebreken zouden zijn geadresseerd

Cons:

Verlichting in de kamer was slecht. Een van de licht kappen was afwezig, er waren geen bedlampjes en de verlichting kon alleen worden uitgeschakeld bij de ingang van de kamer Dit betekende dat wanneer het donker was, er een tocht op de tast naar het bed was.
Dekbed was te zwaar voor de zomer.
Ontbijt was vrij standaard en behoorlijk aan de prijs.
