Pros:

Lovely hotel with pool, restaurant and spa. Kind staffs that greet you at the door. Gorgeous pool setup with a bar.

Cons:

Its my first time here and there's nothing I dont like. I will be back here for another review after visiting again.

Agradable para viajes en familia, personal muy atento y cordial.
Pros:

el personal es muy amable, en especial las personas que atienden en el desayuno. Tambien la persona que nos atendio las 2 veces que almorzamos en el restaurante Quatro fue muy atento, amable y cordial. El chef del restaurant tuvo la gentileza de saludarnos tambien.

Cons:

los baños necesitan mejorar, poca presion de agua, y solo agua muy fria y poco fria en la ducha, no habia agua caliente.

Pros:

Viajamos a costa rica para reunirnos en familia desde varias partes del mundo y desde Peru tuvimos una pesima expeciencia con el personal de la embajada de costa rica. Pensaba en criticar todo lo posible de este pais, pero al llegar a costa rica vimos que las personas son muy amables y cordiales, todo lo contrario del personal de la embajada. En nuestra segunda visita nos dieron mejores habitaciones y estaba mucho mejor. Siempre lo mejor del hotel es la cordialidad del personal.

Cons:

El hotel es antiguo, pero esta bien ubicado, tienes buenas instalaciones, buenos restautrantes. Mejorar la presion de agua en la ducha y la temperatura del agua caliente.
