Pros:

Hotel Taylor is a good gotel if you dont plan to spend a lot of time in the hotel. The room was just big enough. Similar to what you'd expect in a densely populated city like Paris or New York. The staff was really nice and helped with everything. The location was perfect for what I wanted to see and do on this visit so it it was central for me.

Cons:

The tiny/tiny elevator. Also the breakfast is a small spread and the scrambeled eggs tasted like liquid egg product. Would be nice to have a few more options including eggs made when ordered or a better scrambled egg product.

Lovely staff, large room, delicious breakfast, convenient location
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious and very Parisian. The location was wonderful. It was a bit of a quieter area that was lovely after a day of touristing as hard as you can. It look a little longer to walk to some of the sites than I would have liked, but the access to transportation from the hotel was wonderful. There are 3 metro stations that are within easy walking distance. We found the young man that helped us check in to be delightful and very helpful especially when it came to transportation in the area. I would stay here again.

Pros:

Freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service. Sehr gute Lage. Die Metro ist nur fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und schmackhaft. Eine klare Empfehlung zum Besuch.

Great experience and good value for money.
Pros:

The location was perfect and on a quiet street in a busy and lively area. The rooms were good and clean. The staff was always very nice.

Cons:

The only issue was the noise in the hallway, you can very clearly hear all the doors/ people in the hallway. I also didn't go to the breakfast because €16 seems a bit over priced

Un hotel hermoso con excelente ubicación y ambiente local
Pros:

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en el Hotel Taylor. El hotel es hermoso, moderno y está lleno de detalles de hotel boutique de diseño que lo hacen muy acogedor. Si bien es pequeño, es sumamente práctico y cómodo. Su ubicación en la zona de République es excelente, ya que está muy cerca de dos estaciones con diferentes líneas de metro, lo que facilita muchísimo el traslado por toda la ciudad. El barrio nos pareció ideal: es muy céntrico pero se sale un poco del circuito turístico masivo, lo que le da un encanto local muy interesante. Además, tiene de todo a mano para resolver el día a día: restaurantes, comercios, supermercados y lavanderías automáticas. La habitación tenía un tamaño correcto para los estándares de París, con camas y almohadas muy cómodas, y un servicio de limpieza diario impecable. Mención especial para el personal de recepción por su amabilidad y atención (y nos dieron muy buenos consejos para ir a desayunar y cenar en las cercanías). Lo recomendamos totalmente.

Cons:

El único detalle a tener en cuenta es la distribución del baño: la ducha está integrada a la habitación mediante una mampara de vidrio opalino y el cubículo del inodoro (que si está separado por tabiquería ciega) es un poco reducido pero por lo que estuvimos viendo esto es bastante recurrente en los hoteles de Paris.

Room double smaller than when I last stayed here.
Sadly the Rue Taylor has become run down and several homeless people living in the archway to Republic

Ubers didn’t always find the hotel and there is a one way system to be negotiated
