La amabilidad del personal, principalmente del recepcionista.
Su flexibilidad para permitir hacer antes el ingreso considerando que el vuelo llegó temprano y que estábamos con una beba.
El desayuno correcto.
Buena ubicación.

Cons:

La habitación no tenía cortina black out por lo que entraba la luz de la calle, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien, había pocas mantas de abrigo.

No hay luz en la habitación aparte del velador, ruidoso( se escucha cada media hora el subte), se escucha el ascensor y ruido de personas.
Por el valor de la estadía, el desayuno es pobre
