Perfect
Pros:

Location, free WiFi and parking. Polite, helpful staff. Very comfortable beds and spacious room.

Cons:

We didn’t book breakfast because it’s quite expensive at £15 pp.

Pros:

I like how comfortable and clean. They have a cooling water point for you to fill your bottle up. Very strong AC ( I love it)

Cons:

Cleaners used to give me loads of towels but the next day they didn't take the used towels from my room and I also asked for a new bathrobe but they didn't change for me.

Good hotel in a good location though the food and drink offer was disappointing.
Pros:

Good location and good room at a good price.

Cons:

Restaurant's generic menu was disappointing despite claiming to focus on Westcountry fare; so we did not dine there.
Hotel bar could not serve draught beer or cider due to mechanical fault. The bottle alternatives were all foreign brands with no local options. We did not stay to drink in the bar.

Comfortable, familiar (our third stay) and convenient.
Pros:

Location brilliant for buses, especially the 50/51 route to visit my sister. Breakfast was really good, cooked well. The staff in all areas were really helpful. Lovely, comfortable room to come back too.

Cons:

We were too late to get a walk in shower for my partner, so that was a drawback but not anyone's fault.

Everything from the moment I walked into the hotel to the time I left staff were friendly and helpful the facilities were good and the food was amazing , the room was very clean I will definitely stay again .I would recommend this future inn.

Won’t be returning
Pros:

Fair size room and bathroom.. had everything we needed.

Staff not very welcoming on arrival, on departure was the same didn’t even get asked how our stay was..

We arrived at 1230am check in was easy.. head woken up at 830 by housekeeping even though the notice was outside that it wasn’t needed, 2 hours later the fire alarm went off, when we mentioned it in the lift to the maintenance man he said sorry it was a test you should of been informed on check in, which we was not!!!

2nd morning woken up at 530am with a lot of noise outside, sounded like a lorry being loaded/unloaded with scaffolding or somethin similar..

Avoid the onsite restaurant, ran out of most drinks and food.. waited almost an hour to order food.

Not a great experience at all..

Pleasant Stay
Pros:

The hotel offers spacious bedrooms that are quiet and comfy. The staff are friendly. The restaurant offers a good sekection of food, however the set menu is not really a deal, as you just get dishes from the main menu at a cheaper price, with items removed, eg apple pie with no custard, gammon steak with no pineapple or egg. There is ample car parking.

Not worth the cost.
Pros:

The room was a good size and clean. The water stations on each floor were handy and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Rooms and carpet a little dated and we were at the back of the hotel and it was very noisy from motorbikes racing up and down through the night and supermarket deliveries early morning.

good value easy to park out of towen

no hassle parking and location great for out of town

Cons:

some parts looking like it need to upgrade the decor ( after speaking to reception some rooms have been upgraded
