Gli arredi interni edesterni non erano di classe 5 stelle, la colazione non era all'altezza.
Mi hanno addebitato 2€ per una bottiglietta di acqua bevuta dal frigo bar della camera. Mi sembra un po' vergognoso.

Cons:

Muito abaixo das expetativas para um 5 estrelas. Quartos e instalações antiquados, os pés colavam-se ao chão no quarto. Pequeno-almoco péssimo com tolhas e cadeiras com nódoas.Depois de ter pago no local o valor total da estadia com um cartão fisico, mantiveram retido durante 1 mês o valor da reserva que tinha ficado cativo noutro cartão. Apesar de vários contactos meus e da própria Booking para libertarem a quantia nem sequer responderam.

Το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό Αυτό που μου έκανε εντύπωση ήταν το μηχάνημα για χυμό φυσικό από πορτοκάλια το οποίο δεν συναντάς αλλού. Επισης θα έλεγα οτι και η τοποθεσία βολεύει αρκετά.

Cons:

Περίμενα καλύτερη σχέση τιμής με το δωμάτιο το οποίο είχα για πεντάστερο ξενοδοχείο.Το πρωινό αρκετά μέτριο όπως και ο χώρος του πρωινού. Σίγουρα με μια πρώτη εκτίμηση για πεντάστερο, το τονίζω, θέλει αναβάθμιση!

Náš pobyt v hoteli hodnotím veľmi pozitívne, s manželom sme boli obaja veľmi spokojní, izba pekná, čistá, spalo sa nám veľmi dobre, raňajky skvelé a veľmi chutné. Čo sme veľmi ocenili bolo to, že hotel sa nachádza veľmi blízko prístavu, blízko je tiež autobusová zastávka, zastávka metra. Personál bol veľmi milý a nápomocný. Dávame 10 bodov z 10.

Cons:

Nemáme nič, čo by sa nám nepáčilo.
