Pros:

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable I actually slept well it was-a quiet location considering where it was I also appreciated the heavy blackout curtains . Great location easy to walk into soho etc .

Cons:

A bit cheaper on price, some biscuits in the room .

Good location, cleand hotel, bad staff
Pros:

The location and cleanliness of the hotel were really excellent. The rooms weren’t very large, but they were a good size by London standards. The only bad side was that there was no elevator in the building, and unfortunately, the staff did not offer any help with carrying our luggage, which made things quite difficult for us. Other than that, the hotel was very clean and the location was excellent.

No lift, needs carpets cleaning, walls need paining, divan bed needs changing as ripped and scuffed. Very poor maintenance and photos on booking.com are very misleading.

Biz memnun kaldık, yine gideriz.
Pros:

Yeri çok merkezi, her tarafa yürüyerek de metro ile de otobüs ile de gidebildik, temiz, samimi , küçük bir otel, herhalde 6 veya 8 odası var, klimalı olmadı çok iyi, biz rezervasyon yaparken buna dikkat ettik. Kahvaltısı bize yetti, öyle açık büfe vs değil, listeden söylüyorsunuz getiriyorlar. Bina eski olduğu için asansör yok bilginiz olsun. Kasa anahtarlıydı, banyo yeni ve temiz, oda zaten iyiydi. Çalışanlar da iyi insanlardı.

Lovely hotel, great location-would happily recommend and stay there again. If you are after something more corporate fee

Great area, really lovely staff, beautiful building and street; really comfortable beds, air-con, quiet area and cooked breakfast was terrific.

Cons:

If you have mobility problems, this is a listed building with a lot of stairs-there’s no lift and it might not be right for you. Or, request a first floor room! We loved the cooked breakfast, my 11 yr old daughter would have appreciated a greater buffet fruit/pastry selection.
