The location is great. Very close to the British Museum.
The room was somewhat small.
Great location near Euston station and walking distance to British Museum. Comfortable beds, great shower water pressure and tea/coffee in the room. Exceptional helpful staff and with the heat wave we were beyond grateful for air conditioning!
The lock to our room was broken however the management was helpful. The breakfast was subpar.

Non c'è l'ascensore, le chiavi magnetiche delle porte ogni volta non andavano, la stanza è completamente diversa a come appare nelle immagini, il bagno è minuscolo e fare la doccia era un incubo perché il muro era praticamente attaccato alla mia testa, l'aria a condizionata è un impianto vecchio e accenderlo e programmare la temperatura un incubo, la TV non andava.
Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful especially in providing a room on the ground floor. The air conditioning was a life saver.
There was a little problem in the bathroom with the water leaking onto the bedroom carpet.
Booked a triple room. It was the largest I have ever been to in London and also included an a/c which was very welcome during the heatwave. The property itself is lovely and set in a quiet part of Bloomsbury yet a few minutes away from the centre.

I loved the location. It's on a quiet street but in close walking distance to busier locations with lots of shopping, food, and sights. It's nice to be in walking distance to the British Museum as well as to theatres. I was impressed with the room size. It was bigger than expected and there was lots of space for suitcases. The bed is big and comfy. The bathroom has plenty of space for setting things next to the sink and a fantastic shower that has both an overhead and handheld showerhead. Great to have breakfast included. The breakfast is your typical full English and they also have a vegetarian option. Loved that they do daily room cleaning. Would happily stay here again.

The room was spacious with enough facility to provide the required comfort for a memorable stay. The facility is clean and well maintained with staff who are very professional in their duties.
Lack of lift in the building. The intercom box is a little far from the bed. Could have been placed on the bedside drawer closer to the bed.
This is just a very nice hotel. Clean, fantastic staff and a good breakfast.

Non ho trovato le prese per ricaricare il telefono vicino al letto, mi hanno riferito l'ultimo giorno essere incorporate nelle lampade. Per me non era affatto scontato e non me ne sono accorta. Per ricaricare i telefoni ho dovuto staccare il frigo, e avevamo una presa per due. Se mi avessero avvisata sarebbe stato meglio, forse è mancata la presentazione della stanza.
