The room and personnel were great.
Pros:

The breakfast was very skimpy compared to other Comfort Inns we've stayed at. There was juice and toast/English muffins/regular mini sweet muffins. Could not find decaf coffee.

Cons:

Breakfast needs work.

Accommodation are excellent for the price
Pros:

Staff are very friendly, my room was cleaned and comfortable. Location is great near the Giant Center when I needed to be for a wrestling event.

The breakfast was overall good. Moreover,the eggs were horrible

Cons:

The pillowcases were not clean enough and my bathroom smelt like pee/sewage my entire trip. I had to buy air freshener

As soon as we checked in, we checked right back out. The room was disgusting. Thankfully, the Front Desk Agent agreed to a check out and reimbursement.

I paid way more than I should have.
Pros:

The bedding was nice. And so was the bathroom

Cons:

The pool was out of service. The room smelled weird. The lobby wasn’t air conditioned. The breakfast was meh. The beds squeaked. Our rooms weren’t provided with fresh towels or any kind of service. The garbage cans in the lobby were over flowing. and there was only one garbage can in the bathroom.

We should have left and not even bothered to stay the night. Not worth it…do not book a room here.
Cons:

This property was not as expected. Our door didn’t close properly, so I asked to have our room moved which was accommodated. The lights in the bathroom didn’t work, and lamp on the bedside table had no lightbulb in it. The shampoo and conditioner bottle in the shower were empty and moldy. The shower door didn’t close properly, and there was a baby cockroach crawling around inside the shower. The toilet did not flush properly, and seemed like it was going to overflow if we kept using it. The indoor pool was black and had a sign on the door that the pool was not in use. Although the room was cool, there was no A/C in use in the hallways or elevator. Upon check out, the printer wasn’t working so I asked to have the invoice sent to my email. The young man behind the counter (who seemed like he may have been 15ish) emailed me the wrong customer’a invoice.

The room that I reserved was not the one I was given, the staff was rude and racist. When we asked for sheets for a pullout bed they were delivered wet if ownership ever reads this the people below you are not deserving of the job titles they hold.

False advertising.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I booked a room with a king bed, they gave me a room with a whole extra room section with an extra bed in there. The light in the bathroom was taped to the ceiling. Something like a sprinkler in our room was covered with a bandana tied on it. The power went out for hours and we had no light or A/C. There was no one at the desk when I checked out.
