Nice stay but probably won’t return
Pros:

The staff is friendly. The Lobby is nice and good amount of parking spaces.

Cons:

There were so many spiders in my room from the window to the entrance door. I had the employees come several times to remove webs and spiders and they were still there. I had to purchase my own spray to try to remove them. I could not sleep comfortably because of the spiders. I asked for a room change and was denied because I was told that they were at capacity although the parking lot was never full. The gym area is dilapidated, not like in the pictures online.

Shower has no handheld wand and no shower mat makes it very difficult to shower for an elderly person or handicapped

Same breakfast everyday even though it was a variety of things. Instead same eggs and sausage all week. One day could have been bacon

Pros:

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean, spacious and well kept, and the pool was also well kept.

Cons:

The elevator definitely needed a good clean. All other areas were fine.

Great place to stay with great staff
Pros:

Staff was great! Very helpful and friendly. I appreciated that they restocked breakfast around 10am. Pool was decent. Saw staff picking weeds in the front area on their hands and knees. That shows me they care about small things that most people overlook. There was a wonky luggage cart that's wheels weren't working too well and it was the only one left so they brought it up themselves and even came back to our room to wheel it down to our vehicle 15 mins later. Staff greeted us every time we came in the hotel and Everytime we left wished us a good day.

Cons:

I feel pricing is up there for the area and could have been less expensive.

Pros:
