A good stay had issues finding it but everything eles was very smooth and nice

New staff not polite at reception.

Cons:

The staff member at the check in Mr. David, was new to this location of the hotel and was very rude and not polite and this made us very uncomfortable. He was not willing to understand our concern and was explaining in a very bad tone. We are a regular visitors at this location and is our favorite but this time the experience was very bad due to this person Mr. David if I am correct was his name.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter höflich und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit .Reinigungsservice sehr nett und reinigt sauber.
Roomservice klappt auch immer super grosses Lob an alle danke♥️

Cons:

Es gab eine kurze Auseinandersetzung mit einer Auszubildenden am Telefon aber wurde vom Restaurant Team hervorragend gelöst und erledigt. Vielen Dank hierfür sehr nett.
Beim Check out habe ich gefragt ob man mir helfen kann den Koffer mir ins Auto zu heben der Herr an der Rezeption genervt er ist alleine ich habe ihn gebeten 2 Minuten mir zu helfen hat er dann gemacht aber mit was für einer Laune da fühlt man sich nicht gut ich darf nicht mehr wie 2 Kilo tragen mach das nicht zum spaß.

Das Hotel befindet sich nach der Übernahme durch die Sunday-Kette in einer Übergangsphase!
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück und ansprechender Wellnessbereich. Auf Kritik wurde angemessen an der Rezeption reagiert.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr abgewohnt und die Sauberkeit war unzureichend! Ungepflegtes Außengelände und Fassade. Man merkt das sich das Hotel nach der Übernahme durch die Sunday-Kette in einer Übergangsphase befindet.

Top Unterkunft zentral am MTZ , ideal für ein Erlebnisshopping. Parkplatz etwas teuer, aber dafür direkt am Haus. Frühstück perfekt, Restaurant mit kleiner Speisekarte zum Abendessen.
