For stays up to 7 nights, optional housekeeping service is available upon request : at an additional cost, guests can request their bed linen and towels to be changed or a full housekeeping service. For stay of 8 nights and more, weekly housekeeping is provided and included in the rates.

Sans surprise, l'absence de climatisation, qui rend les nuits plus difficiles.
La posizione e la pulizia. Utensili della cucina soddisfacenti. L'area vicino alla struttura è molto tranquilla e ben fornita di negozi e metro.
L'appartamento è un pò piccolo e il divano letto era un pò scomodo.
J'ai beaucoup aimé l'emplacement, le confort des chambres (literie, baignoire, balcons x2, le parking).
L'accueil était très bien aussi.

The room was clean and spacious, the hotel offerts drinkble water and windows were sound isolated and the view was great.
The room needs AC, because it's imposible to open the window because of the road. Also the bathrooms is without fan and the pressure of water is too low.

Kitchen is very well-equipped. Towels and hair dryer are available. Getting to the attractions is easy because Metro Line 8 is nearby and when metro closes, N35 night bus has a stop very close to the hotel. My room has a brief view of the Eiffel Tower, though it's very far away.
Located near a highway so it could get noisy at nights when windows are opened. The shower space is small and quite dark.
The hotel felt safe and secure. The entrance is locked at night, and you need your room key to access your floor by elevator, which made us feel comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean.
The biggest downside is the location. Although there is public transport nearby, it takes quite a long time to reach the city center, and for the same price you can probably find accommodation closer to central Paris.
Another major issue is the noise. The hotel is located right next to a busy main road that never seems to sleep. Cars, trucks, police vehicles, and horns could be heard throughout the night. Since there is no air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open because the room was too hot. Sleeping with the windows open was almost impossible. Thankfully, I had earplugs with me, otherwise I wouldn't have slept at all. If you are a light sleeper, this hotel can be a nightmare.
Perhaps this hotel is a better choice during cooler months, when you don't need to keep the windows open. However, for a summer stay, I would not recommend it because the noise makes it very difficult to get a good night's sleep.
