Pros:

This was a stunning property with exceptional service! So central to everything that we needed, comfortable, clean, wonderful breakfast, and staff! We could’ve not asked for anything more.

Das Restaurant Tschaikowsky ist sehr zu empfehlen. Absoluter Topservice!. Da könnte sich das Hotel was abschneiden resp. den Benchmark machen.

Cons:

Der Service im Hotel ist durchschnittlich. Leider wurden die Gepäckstücke erst nach mehrmaligem Verlangen auf das Zimmer gebracht. Im Badezimmer sind die aufgehängten Bilder nicht adäquat und der Gummi im Türrahmen löst sich ab. Es fehlt immer wieder die Führung und das sich kümmern um .....

Cons:

BREAKFAST! Utterly incompetent. Part buffet part order your meal. Staff wandered with no direction, sometimes giving guests what they ordered but often having difficulty with complex demands like omelettes with cheese. No one in charge or directing staff. We gave up on breakfast on day 2 At 30 euros pp it was greater than an excellent lunch. Awful

We did a short visit to Tallin and found this hotel to be excellent for that purpose!
Pros:

The rooms were fantastic, and the location is so convenient for the old city area, we walked all day every day, and returned to the Hotel for rest and relaxation.

Alisee was great with her email correspondence. She counterbalanced the rest of the team who was smiley but more reactive.

Cons:

The first room was dusty on the surfaces and baseboards. The second room had dust between the rugs of the parquet floor and you could feel the gap between the two twin beds; although the bed had been prepared as a king.
